I was really nervous going since it was my first time but the ladies there really made me feel comfortable answered all my questions. I started my treatments on laser hair removal back in October and noticed a huge difference within my first 2 sessions. Overall great service, recommend 100%.

I been coming here for about two years and I’ve done 2 packages on my Brazilian laser and there is somewhat an improvement but not completely. This is a nice place but I’m just not sure why the treatments aren’t working as great as I’d like it to. I spoke with the girl in front about my issues and she didn’t seem too concerned. She just told me pricing on another package. That was a little disappointing so I decided I am going to look for a different laser company to hopefully treat my area completely.

Purchased a Groupon for my daughters hair removal. I have had mine done but at other clinics and you can see results after two treatments. She had six done and you can't really tell. When COVID hit, we were short two appointments and no one answered their phones or left an outgoing message so I just assumed they shut down their business. I saw them recently on Groupon again but I am not going to bother going back since I don't see much progress after six. I am taking her to the places I have done myself.

The only thing nice about this place is that it is pretty and they provide drinks

I had a really great session with Jennifer today. I came in for my second session for my lower legs and she was very thorough and professional. Jennifer had a lot of good insight and tips for me and just very kind through the whole process. I recommend!

This treatment was by far my best yet! Kaylin was amazing! She’s so sweet and I really admire her hard work and dedication to her clients. I never want to get a session done without her and she also pointed out my results which was very reassuring! Highly recommend going to her! She’s also good with conversation :)

I loved coming to KUMI MedSpa they had great service and my technician Kaylyn was really nice and made my experience very comfortable, this being my first time coming for a full body laser I felt super comfortable! Definitely come check them out !!!

I thought this place was great up until my last visit. Michelle is amazing! If you do go, ask for her. To start off, I got a Groupon for my laser hair removal. I chose 2 medium areas (underarms and full Brazilian). Both my friend and I purchased Groupon at the same time and we have both been receiving full extended Brazilian. When I originally scheduled my appointments and up until now I have had no issues. When my sister purchased the Groupon, they told her that the extended Brazilian was $50 extra. I have been going here for about a year or so. I get laser hair removal, facials & tattoo removal. I had one of my appointments yesterday & I have to say it was one of my best experiences. I had the pleasure of working with Amber. She is great, her personality, her knowledge & over all vibe is top notch. Every experience I have had here has been great. In fact I recommend Kumi to everyone I know.

I don't like the new office manager Darlene after several times dealing with her. This business is not professional. They messed up on my purchase twice, I proved to Darlene that they made mistakes and asked to speak with the manager. She is never available and didn't return any of my calls. I specifically made my skinpen appointment with technician Sona, and confirm that with Darlene when she called to remind me of the appointment. But Sona was not even there when I came. I was treated by a new trainee, she's nice,but the result is not as good as I had with Sona. I am looking

I absolutely adore this place!!! Originally came in with a Groupon but the results were so fantastic I had to go forward with a full body!!! Everybody is so sweet and helpful, I absolutely recommend this place for any of your MedSpa and Laser needs!

I've had two sessions here. Today's session was with Nicole and it was great! She was quick and to the point. The spa is super cute and comfortable.

I bought the head to toe, full body 6 session lifetime warranty package.
But before you purchase it, just know it's not lifetime but you will still pay a 15% of that area you want to touch up. Which is still good. But the waiting time they have you wait are a bit long.. if you can schedule for the first appointment of the date if possible so your in and out.

But if you come at 11am or later, be prepared to wait way past your appointment.

There's been a few times where I was waiting 30mins - 45 mins to be called back.. just in case if anyone was on a time crunch or has other things

Nicole was so welcoming and helpful. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me helpful tips for aftercare. Definitely recommend this place and her!

Tried this place because they had a Groupon but after a few visits, I plan to try more services. The laser hair removal was done by Ana. She is very sweet and professional. She asks questions and continues to check on you throughout the treatment. The facility itself is very chic, with a spaced out waiting room. Friendly front desk staff too!
