My grandfather supported his family as a handyman and cabinet maker in the Princeton, New Jersey area back in the 1960s. Twenty years later, my uncles joined a union shop in Trenton, New Jersey; and that is where I discovered my love for the trade. Working side by side with them and soaking in all of their knowledge and expertise, I quickly realized that I would follow I my family's footsteps.
