FitU specializes in semi-private small group training with a coach. Our approach fitness is functional strength and conditioning. We believe that movement is medicine. With a combination of extremely high-quality personal training and a variety of high energy, full body, fat burning large group classes like boot-camps and dance fitness, there is an option for everyone.
This is our pride and joy at FitU. These classes are up to 6 people max and are led by the highest qualified coaches. We take personal training very seriously and we strive for only the highest quality functional strength and conditioning training. We work with all populations and specialize in helping people with all types of joint pain including back pain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder issues etc.

Great trainers, great atmosphere, great motivators!! They even modify the workouts for you too which was awesome. They also gave me a meal plan which is great. Also there patient with you, as for me because I just started and I'm a beginner! Fitness United is a place I would totally recomend to anyone for sure. ππΌπͺπΌπ

My wife has been working out at FitU for a few months, and was very pleased. I went for a tour today, and was also pretty pleased. Matt, the head coach and owner, was great - very responsive and knowledgeable. They do small group classes, boot camp, yoga and some other things. They focus on Functional Exercise - so it's not the typical "Lift/Cardio" place. You get individual attention in a very small group setting, focused on your goals. Two thumbs up!

I really appreciate the guidance and support you gave to me in the short amount of time. I am a middle aged woman that just came through the toughest year of my life. My mom passed away and during that time I put on 45 lbs. The folks at Fitness United held my hand during the roughest times. The point of me telling that is they are not just an awesome gym but they care about you. Not just your body but your spirit as well! Brandon is helping me now and I can't wait for this part of my journey!! Matt and Nora and Robbin what else can I say THEY ALL ROCK!! I highly recommend this group of people!!! Come try them out there is room for you no matter what level you are at .. it's a starting

Wonderful people! Upbeat atmosphere - very motivating. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and know how to get you to your goal while making the journey safe, effective and fun! With consistent workouts I have had much less pain, more energy, feel stronger, increased my bone density, lowered my blood pressure, sleep better and just overall have a better quality of life. They're all very good - I work out with Brandon Smith. I love that guy!

This "gym" is like no other I've been to. The coaches are truly there to push your limits and help you reach your goals. I had always worked out by myself by looking up workouts online or just running; but once I tried the Semi-Private sessions there was no comparison. I leave exhausted but exhilarated. Be ready to become addicted!
