My first time at Luke's. I was there just for an oil change and tire rotation. Service manager Jason was friendly and helpful. The job was finished in just 45 minutes while I waited, and the cost was very reasonable. Jason sent a text message with a link summarizing their thorough inspection which revealed no other issues.

I have been taking my car to Luke's exclusively for the last couple years. I have a 14 year old car that needs a little work from time to time. This last time the guys at Luke's diagnosed problems with the gas and air mixture. They fixed that and did some other things that were under warranty from an earlier repair. My car runs great now. The people at Luke's are great wonderful to work with. Great service and good communication about what needs to be done.

Luke’s Auto did a great job repairing my vehicle. They promptly diagnosed the problem and ensured my complaints were addressed. The repair was completed quickly, and they performed road testing to ensure the issue had been resolved. I was provided a nice loaner vehicle free-of-charge. I will return to Luke’s for all my automotive needs.

I was in town for my daughter's cheerleading competition and my SUV broke down (2 hrs away from my home in Akron OH). Luke's did what needed to be done to get us home safely. Will definitely be taking my vehicle here from now on. Took my car into Luke's for some uncommon issues / checkups but they took care of everything and were transparent during the whole process. They are great people to work with and the cost was much lower than quoted which was a nice surprise. The free loaner is a nice touch to get me to and from work in Hilliard, though you generally have to wait a bit for these to open up.

Luke’s is always first class. They are timely, they are great communicators and keep you in the loop and work WITH you to solve problems and make sure your vehicle is running at its best. Most importantly they are honest and operate with integrity. They do not overcharge you or sell you on work that your vehicle does not need. They also readily provide free loaner cars when available or pay for your Uber to and from if necessary. Totally first class. Highly recommend.

I have gone to Luke’s for several years and I would never go anywhere else. They are the most honest and friendly place I have ever been. They have a loaner car service that is very convenient. They will get you an Uber home when you drop your car off if you don’t get a loaner. It’s just such a great place to go. And I’ve never been somewhere where I trust them 100% not to rip me off. These guys are honest!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

I had a really good experience with Luke's. My bill ended up being much higher than expected, but that's because they found a serious issue that made my vehicle unsafe to drive. Their repair process is completely transparent. They send pictures and descriptions of any issue they find to your phone before they call you too discuss your options. Luke's found an issue with my car that had been missed by other shop's "detailed inspections" that I had been going on for a couple of years. I was able to make an appointment and have the work done much faster than I would expect. They have that small business

I usually only let my dealership touch my car but since I moved 30mins away, I decided to search for somewhere new and closer. My boyfriend recommended this place (as they have also serviced his car) and I couldn't be happier with this choice!
They were very professional, speedy and my car sounds and drives better than ever! I had 4 spark plugs, CVT fluid and coolant changed - no small task. And they had my car ready for pickup in 5 hours.
Will definitely be using them for my auto needs.
