Bad service, and bad installation!! I had rock light installed from this shop the lights were the wrong ones and didn’t even work properly when they gave my truck back!

I was getting a horse trailer VIN inspected and needed a new battery for the breakaway brake to pass. The officer suggested I run over here for the battery. I was really intimidated as this place isn't my scene at all. Jake was super helpful even though he was busy, and we got my battery replaced in time to complete the inspection. I also learned they can do my horse trailer's annual check and updates.

Very unprofessional. Don’t promise about the things they say they will do. They take FOREVER to do anything because they don’t have an organized system for their employees. They also lie about things, change your designs with out knowing and really are not friendly people. I’ve only been there 2 because I thought oh maybe since they have this “show” they might have just had a bad first time. I was wrong. Don’t let them fool you just because they have a TV show - it’s all fake. Do not go here for any work done. I own VERY expensive cars they have seemed to mess up several times just

I went to Five R Trucks for them to install two fog lights on the hood of my Raptor, the first time I went in to receive a quote I was quoted around $700 including the lights and the technician told me the install should take 3-4 hours. We agreed to the quote. I was scheduled for the install Wednesday June 2nd during the whole day I received no phone calls regarding if the install was completed or if it would require more hours and days to complete the work. This is the second time these guys have done a truck of mine. First was in 2015. The second in May 2021. These guys are knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. I’m moving out of state and wanted FiveR to do it, in a very tight window, because it would be done right. They got it done. It doesn’t matter who you work with, everyone is great and they will make sure you get what you need, looks good and are happy with it. They are a truly a great local business.

I have visited the shop and TJ and the crew at Five R Trucks have always been AWESOME!!! The shop has all you need to make your vehicle a budget build or sky's the limit depending on your wallet. Great service and the craftsmanship and attention to the details are what make this All in one shop so much over the top than the competition! To sum it up you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!!

Pretty awful sales/customer service experience. Do not use this place! Ordered a bed liner & was told 2 -3 days for delivery. After that not happening, received no feedback from their sales/customer service team & had to call in each week to get a status update. Each time getting a new date of 1-2 days out. Took over a month & ended up canceling when the product had still not arrived. Then was told I would get my deposit back. Another month & no refund. Would recommend going elsewhere in the Golden area.

We paid for 8 inch lift that has not been installed properly making very loud noises from the day we picked it up. We notified John the salesman the minute we drove off their parking lot . we literally have brought this truck to these guys eight times! they cannot fix the problem they created. I have brought this to the attention of the owner Steve, TJ, the owners son and still no solution to this problem. My truck sounds and runs horrible because of this lift. By far this is the worst customer service I've experienced.

I don’t know how many of my trucks and trailers I have brought in to these guys but it’s always a great experience. It’s a busy shop so be patient and if you need a quote stop by the shop it’s faster and easier to get an accurate quote. But I’ll keep going here for my performance parts and future builds
