My phone wouldn’t charge and I was on my way to the Verizon store.
I didn’t get there-and I’m happy that I didn’t.
I noticed a store “Phone Spot” in the same shopping center. They advertised phone repair. I thought I could at least check it out as I knew it wouldn’t take as long as Verizon.
In less than four minutes, I was in and out. Sharif was finishing up with a customer when he asked if he could help.
He looked at my phone, dusted it off, plugged it in and just like that-it was working again.
Good service. Quick service. Great result.

I needed my iPhone fixed and I didn't want to go far so I found this place while searching on google for a phone repair place nearby . Ronnie was the guy who replaced my screen and it took nomore than 30 minutes which was great ! I was charged $85 for my iPhone 7plus which wasn't an unreasonable price . I just wish my home button allowed me to still use my Touch ID .

This place sucks! They are money hungry and a rip off. I brought my MacBook here to replace a broken screen. Trying to be cheap, I ended up wasting $500 at this dump. They took about a month to fix my broken screen and then after I picked it up, the screen was broken again within an hour. The parts they use are cheap as hell, then they over charge for labor costs. They tried to blame me for the broken screen, when clearly the replacement they used must have been made of a very very cheap material. I ended up buying a whole new computer but wish I never tried to patronize this place. NEVER AGAIN

I purchased a smart watch for my hubby this past Valentines (2021). I didn't appreciate that I was quoted one price and a lady who asked the price of the same watch was quoted a lesser price. I understand due to Covid, I wasn't allowed or offered the opportunity to handle the watch to really investigate the features of the watch so I would have appreciated being told the watch needed a SIM card to access majority of the features/apps advertised. This store where i met Mohammed. He did not know how to access the boot menu and was getting ready to give up, so i showed him how... that shouldve been my red flag to leave. He then looked at my phone for literally no more than 3 minutes, hand it back to me and says it not reparable. I was a little bit irritated that he didnt troubleshoot anything... but i decided to trust his expertise and report the total loss to my insurance company.
I told him that square trade would need a letter from him stating that the phone is not repairable. He tells me they dont have a letter head for such a thing

Great customer service, decent pricing, and fast service! BUT not even two weeks after getting my phone fixed, I went to use it per usual and green vertical lines started to appear and take over the screen. I had not dropped my phone at all since getting it fixed and had no idea why this happened. However, I took it back and they were able to fix it for free although I did not have my receipt (always keep your receipt lol). I was extremely grateful for this, but I did not leave the shop happy. Fast and friendly guys, they got my screen fixed in 15mins. Price was more then reasonable. The spot is in a convenient location with plenty of parking.
