It is too soon to see how the replacement battery works (for my 6th gen iPod). Staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. Stay VERY flexible if your issue cannot be fixed on the spot. What was supposed to take two-ish days turned into seven (including one holiday and one snowstorm day). When on the phone it was hard to hear with all the background noise.

I shattered my S20 screen yesterday and it caused half of my screen not to be responsive to touch. I got quotes from 2 stores but they weren't able to get the phone back to me in a decent time frame. I stopped at Talk N Fix and although their quote was a bit higher than the others, they were able to get it done in 30 minutes! I didn't mind paying $40 extra to have my phone fixed while I shopped in the mall. Tony and Sheraz were super friendly and helpful! I'm happy with the work done and I'm glad to have my phone back! Whoever fixed my cracked screen, didn't put all teh screws back on and gave me my phone back, two days later the front camera stopped working and now my phone shut down. I tried to call them but no one responds back and or calls me. I had to go buy a new phone. I will never do business with this company again!! go at your own risk!!

I highly recommend this store for phone repair. I took it to a place previous to this and they most likely made my iPhone issue worse. My Face ID stop working and I brought it to this store. I previously read that the Face ID sensor couldn't be fixed, but they said they would give it a try. They took my phone for a week but was not able to fix it.

Save your money or go to a reputable place. I went to the location at Arundel Mills outside of Best Buy to ask the vendor (Issa) how much it would be to fix my phone. I figured since I had an appointment with the Geek Squad and they quoted me $150 it was worth a shot to see if it would be cheaper. Issa said it would take approx. 20 min. When I returned, I was told that the button on my phone could be replaced for $60 but I would not be able to use the thumbprint. I thought, ok at least I can use it and it will be cheaper. Excellent service and very knowledgeable technicians. I had to take my broken Iphone6 to repair to save my recent pictures and data as I didn't have it backed up.
