I have been coming here for a few years since I had an iPhone 5 in 2013. They have the best prices in our area to get your iPhone fixed. They are always so fast and very kind. There is also a warranty on the temper glass which is great for me since I tend to drop and crack my phone a lot. Great company and great customer service!
Got my iPhone 8 plus fixed at a great price and suitable time for me. I left it on the washing machine and my cousin accidentally pushed it off the counter and shattered it. It didn't even turn on and VJ made it work in no time! Highly recommended to anybody who needs something done fast and amazing.

Best place to park is in front of Burlington; there is plenty of parking available at all time. You can also park in front of Neighborhood 1 #B Mall entrance in front of Off -Broadway Shoe store. Cyberion is about 2-3 minutes walk from the Arundel Mall food court tin the direction of Neighborhood one.

Before I got my iphone XS max screen fixed, the manager was so enthusiastic about how good quality their service was, and they charged me $275 to replace the phone screen which costs $329 if it was done by APPLE, it turned out that, NEVER, NEVER trust them just because they say something good and offer you $25 discount.

Don't even try it. First when you make an appointment online they don't give you a choice on location. I thought I was choosing the Columbia mall.
They say online that the parts are in stock and they are not.
We waited more than a month for a part and then they lost our phone when we went back to pick it up.
Finally found it a week later. No discount offered.
Incompetent.

I am so happy that I found Cyberion. They went above and beyond my expectations in providing a very fast MacBook Pro battery replacement. In these Covid times, I need my laptop for virtual - y everything. I went to the Apple genius bar in Columbia on Monday where they tried to convince me to buy a new Mac because my late 2013 15" machine is considered "vintage." My baby has served me well and I'm not ready to throw it in the recycling heap just yet! The Apple genius people told me it's not likely they will be able to source a battery and if I am lucky, I could have my laptop

Went in to fix the screen on my iPhone X. The screen became blue-ish but I was fine with it as long as the screen worked. In the evening though it started going a little weird (i.e. jumping and freezing) . The next day the screen went even worse and I noticed that my eyes started hurting; therefore, I started avoiding looking at the screen. The next day things went even worse and lots of vertical lines started appearing and apps that I did not press would start randomly opening.
I asked for refund of the $220 fee to replace the screen but the technician did

Terrible absolutely terrible customer service! I came here months back to fixed a shatter Apple Watch! The screen was fixed, just for me to return months later because the screen was lifting. He put glue on the watch and told me it was repaired, I wasn't quite convinced! A couple weeks later, the screen lifted and when I returned today, he first told me I needed to repair the battery, then later he said I need to repair the belt, and asked for $199. Super happy with my new phone glass cover! I paid $20, they put it on for me and if it breaks they will replace it for $7.99!!! They didn't have any heavy duty phone cases for the Google pixel XL but were very friendly and helpful. I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes and left with a new glass cover. I drop my phone a lot so I'm super excited that they will replace it for me inexpensively!

Beware of this store my phone has never been the same after they repaired my screen. I have video footage of every time they tried to fix their mistakes of my screen and how it never work the same. I have an iPhone X and it only had it for a few months after cracking my screen and I brought it here to be fixed. After getting the phone fixed by them my screen glitched and jumped all over the place the screen also blacked out a few times. Where to start with this dumpster fire....First off I already knew that my phone battery needed to be replaced, but had to pay a $35.00 charge so they could tell me what I already knew. The customer service was atrocious, the service technician was incompetent, and worst of all I left the store in the hole for over $85.00 with a broken phone and a useless charger that doesn't work because they didn't fix the problem! Called multiple places no one works on a nexus 6p. I was shocked when cyberion Columbia told me that they ca replace my nexus 6p battery within 30 minutes and they do have all the parts in stock. Bought my phone to them and they weren’t kidding. My phone was ready under 30 minutes. Everything works great. Multi did an amazing job he’s my new hero. They are an amazing and honest phone repair shop! My battery in my HTC 10 had stopped working, and I called around to multiple repair shops. This phone is particularly hard to repair, so most shops told me to just buy a new phone or wait a week. However, Cyberion managed to do it in less than a day, and all for $89! Was super happy with how honest they were throughout the whole process and will definitely be going here for all future phone repair needs.

My son had an iPhone 6 that needed a new screen and I didn't want to go through Apple for both timing and financial reasons. So, I called Cyberion in Columbia and they said they could do the change right away and it would only take 20-25 minutes. I was a bit skeptical but went over to check it out. The technicians were fantastic and the screen was replaced in 20 minutes! The quality is great and at less than half the price of Apple's replacement. Cyberion at the mall in Columbia does wonderful work!
This last repair required skills that few Electronics Technicians possess these days.
It required direct solder of components to the motherboard of my mini iPad. It is tricky because it risks overheating the board and destroying components. If too cold then cold solder joints result with poor contacts and poor reliability.
In addition this repair was done at a reasonable fee which was half the price quoted by the Apple Store.
Cyberion Columbia Mall has always taken care of me and I recommend it to all my friends and family.

They were awesome. My friend and I were looking for screen protectors for our iPhones. The prices charged my the phone companies were ridiculous! Not only did they have the protectors but they installed them for us too. My only complaint is mine- a privacy protector is too dark! But, that's my fault, I was warned. I highly recommend this business.

I came in today to get my daughter's iPhone repaired. Mukit was the lead technician who diagnosed and repaired the phone. He was courteous, thorough, and went above and beyond to get my daughter's phone fixed and in good working condition. I am impressed by his customer service and the service price was reasonable. Just arrived back home here in Maryland and while I was gone I cracked my screen. Messaged this shop around 1130pm and the owner Luxse K. replied within 10 minutes of my message. I walked in the store today about a iPhone 6 screen repair. Mk approached me with a smile and gave me some reasons to do the repair with them instead of apple. He mentioned that their work comes with their warranty and they can get the repair done within 20 minutes. And I don't have to wait several hours in Apple Store. He's approach convinced me to do the repair with them.
While doing the repair I was observing mk doing the repair and he made sure everything is working fine before closing my screen. Happy with the service and they have a cool store. My phone looks good as new and working

So I went to this location a year or so ago and wanted to get my screen fixed. The price was cool, so I decided to go with them. But then the sales clerk proceeded to tell me to unlock my phone and wanted the serial number. Didn't understand why you needed that to fix a screen, but what did I know. They did a great job fixing my screen, but then the service was blocked on my phone. When I contacted my service provider, they informed me that there was a block on my phone because the phone hadn't been paid off. I had that phone for A WHOLE YEAR!
