I prefer to say discomfort rather than pain, as it differentiates between the brief stinging sensation of quickly removing a Band-Aid and the mind-altering torture of stepping on a Lego. There are a number of variables that make your experience either awesome or awful, not the least of which includes expertise, technique, and product choice.

I seen Kim today got my back and the brozillian done and she was great I had this done about 2 months ago at another place and I wasn't 100% satisfied so I'm glad I found the snake charmer. I love Kim and she will be the only one charming my snake from now on she's very professional and has an amazing personality and funny I already made my next appointment with her. She's great.

Lori is an absolute dream!! Getting waxed for the first time can be an uncomfortable situation to be in, but Lori is extremely good at taking any worries away instantly. The environment is relaxing, clean and calming. Not only is she good at what she does, she is a pleasure to talk to as well. All worries and anxiety quickly went away after a few minutes and I am now a customer for life! 5 stars isn't enough to rate how great this business is.

My goodness, Lori made my entire year! This was my first waxing and she not only was professional -- but made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She could tell I was quite anxious and reassured me the entire time, and also got my mind off the anxiety with a pleasant conversation throughout the waxing. First time ever for waxing and Lori was fantastic. She makes you extremely comfortable, does an excellent job with little to NO pain. Like removing a band aid. The place is very clean and comfortable. I have been shaving for 25 years and this experience will cause me to stop. She left just the right amount of hair as requested. What a wonderful experience! Lori is a charming and disarming person with the confidence of a true expert in her field. I've had waxing done elsewhere and it was a very painful experience that usually included bleeding and ingrown hairs. That's not the case with Lori at all. The experience was quick, painless, and the results were perfect. Her demeanor creates trust, her technique is painless and dignified.

Lori is an amazing spirit, I've never felt uncomfortable despite being naked below the waist in her presence and not knowing her from Adam, on the contrary, she's always been very careful to ensure you're comfortable and checks on you regularly to ensure you're not feeling physical or psychological discomfort. And the results were great. It is actually not (for me at least) painful to get waxed, it's more surprise I think than anything else. And certainly more uniform than shaving, which is frankly a pain. The time spent with Lori and her playlist of songs is well spent

I love Lori!!! I've known Lori for almost two years now. I remember my first day when I went to her to get a Brazilian. I was super nervous and a bit scared. But Lori she made me feel SUPER comfortable and talked me thru the entire process. I've followed her thru her career journey and will continue to do so wherever she goes, that's how good she is. Her prices are super reasonable (better than a lot of the big franchises). She's the best!
