Services
Our passionate teachers and staff seek to nurture the young growing minds of our students with the goal of helping them succeed in their educational and personal development. It is important for our team of caring experts to focus on each student's "whole child growth" through enriching experiences while also helping families feel connected with one another through their child's important educational journey.
Learning on our campus is a fun and nurturing experience for our students, ages 2 to 6. With an array of indoor and outdoor sensory learning environments, including our educational garden, our students are able to fully explore their creativity and development in a variety of evidence-based ways, including social and emotional growth, and wellness.
Words cannot express the impact that La Costa Valley Preschool & Kindergarten has had on my children. Both of my sons have grown so much both academically and emotionally. The social emotional learning environment that LCVPK fosters emphasizing the importance of learning through play is like no other.
All the students in my child's class are reading at least at a 1st grade level and many are verging on 2nd grade level books. They already have most 1st grade arithmetic skills and science skills mastered or emerging. Most importantly they are excited about learning and going to school each day.
Our small class ratio provides students the opportunity to develop a mastery of skills through exciting activities that appeal to their laughter, hearts, imagination, and learning. The academic year is from August to June, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Not only did my daughter thrive and excel beyond my belief, she exceeded both our expectations in reading and classroom behavioral skills. I can't imagine how much she could have accomplished if she had attended the full summer program. Our Boot Camp is designed to give students a boost in their academic skills for successful entry into kindergarten or first grade.

Our daughter has been going to La Costa Valley Preschool since she was just 2 years old, she is now 5 years old, so advanced and ready move to elementary school.
She loved it there! The teachers are all so caring and creative, it help any parent feel at ease leaving their child in preschool.
Our daughter always had so many news to tell us about her "busy" day: who was her friend today, what they learn at circle time, showed her artwork and crafts. And, of course, Field trips, community helpers visits gived her moments that she will remember for a long time.
I would recommend La Costa Valley

As a child development expert and a grandma, whose three out of four grandchildren attend the school at the present, I would like to take the time and tell everyone about this amazing program. For me the measure to a quality early childhood education program starts with the happiness and eagerness of the young children to come to school, see their teachers and friends, and be excited to learn. No doubt! Children are happy at the La Costa Valley Preschool and kindergarten programs. My grandchildren have remarkable teachers who provide them with the excitement to explore, ask questions, wonder, ponder

Our 3 grandchildren are attending La Costa Valley Preschool & Kindergarten for the last 3 years.
Our first grandson, Gabriel, is attending Kindergarten, and has been going to the school for the last 3 years. Our second grandson, Eli, is in the caterpillar class with Ms. Cindy for the last year and their cousin our granddaughter, Fiona, is starting to attend the preschool in March 2018.
As a CEO of an early childhood company, delibrainy LLC, I see a lot of different early childhood educational institutions and I can unequivocally state that La Costa Valley Preschool & Kindergarten is one of the

We said our goodbyes to LCV Preschool last year when our son started Kindergarten, but I must say the teachers are wonderful. They are so full of affection and warmth. A special shout out to Ms. Hope and Ms. Mazie. Thank you for all the love and support you showered our son with while he was with you.
We highly recommend this school!

"Choosing LCVPK for our daughter is one of the best decisions we ever made for her. Our daughter is flourishing beyond our expectations. She is in a small class environment and getting individualized instruction. The class is such a happy, positive, kind, compassionate environment. Our daughter is a happy, confident learner fully ready for academic success. This is all due to the magic of Ms. Joan!! The kids absolutely adore her, and she helps them grow and develop beyond measure. She celebrates every students' successes and this helps them to become confident, eager learners. Thank you from the

My son attended LCVPK from the time he was 3 and a half to almost six. So he was in Ms. April's class, Ms. Rita's class, Ms. Hope's class, and Ms. Joan's class. Every teacher was great and by the time Evan started kindergarten at ECC, he was well ahead of many of his classmates. He is in first grade now and i just attended a parent teacher conference and he is reading at a mid-second grade level. That is due to LCVPK! My daughter Charlotte had the same teachers Evan had--the teachers really stay awhile. She is currently in Ms. Joan's class and she just finished reading 100 books and she is barely
