I have loved the entire 3 years
I have lived here. Brandi, the assistant manager is nothing short of amazing and I should know, as I come from a property management background. She has never not followed through on issue or situation I wanted addressed. Why she has not been made the manager here is beyond me. The maintenance staff consisting of Rick and David are fantastic as well. Maintenance requests are done quickly and correctly. Neighbors are friendly as well. Really can't ask for more.

I just moved here from out of state. I probably looked at a hundred apartments. Always something negative like no parking or bad neighborhood. I was referred here by another apartment complex. I'm glad they did. I got a down stairs with a large private fenced patio with grass, so I can decorate it with plants and flowers.
Very quiet, gated and a carport with enough storage I wish I brought my kyacks. I love the neighborhood, and best of all, close to beach!

I lived at the Huntington highlander with my daughter for approximately 20 years
I was a new single father when I moved in. My daughter and I made this our home. They take good care of the residents. The property is well maintained. All of the washer's work. The pool is always clean. And the staff is always quick to deal with any service issues.
To get the quality elsewhere that you receive at the highlander you will pay more

I’ve been here with Sarah who is leasing an apartment here for almost three months now, and since day one the front office is very welcoming, the people that live in the apartment are very polite and generous and when I say the people I mean majority which is very rare in a complex but here everyone is family oriented. Very welcoming, the property is always on point you will always see maintenance just picking up trees or as small as cleaning the land & very well mannered. If you needed anything the front office is always available mon-Sunday guaranteed. The price matches the living space. If

I give my rating based on the staff service. The leasing and property staff members are great! They listen to what I need and service orders are done quickly. I've had a few moments of neighbors being annoying, but the staff takes all the right measures to ensure the property is run smoothly and fairly. I just wish there were balconies for the second floor.

It depends on what side you are on(there are 2 sides). The noise was bad. Even though its affordable you get what you pay for. Our apartment was next to a bunch of college kids who had parties and gatherings and would always slam the door when coming or going. Our bedroom was next to there front door.
Then you had the loud mexicans who would let their kids run a muck and have people over all hours of the night.
Then they started to get the young black people who thought they were all that. They were always slamming doors when they were coming and going.
