Life is a little slower, a little more relaxed in this green oasis that's close to downtown ABQ yet seems a million miles away. Corrales home are on larger lots, many of which are appropriate for horses. In fact, on most days you'll see riders on horseback along Corrales Rd or the ditch bank along Loma Largo.
La Cueva is the most popular high school in Albuquerque. You will not regret working with Rich! I have worked with Rich twice now. He is amazing to work with and knows the market very well. I sent him a referral and he did more than take care of my clients. He got them into contract for more than asking on two of their homes, just in a couple of days of being on the market. My clients absolutely loved working with him as well. I would recommend Rich over and over again!

Rich is a truly amazing realtor!! He combines honesty, knowledge, and technology for the prefect real estate experience. While working with Rich over the past 10 months it became abundantly clear how much he loves his career in real estate. As his client, you will be provided with excellent customer service, responsiveness, and knowledge of the local housing market, as well as honest feedback on properties. Rich is not the type of realtor that attempts to force a sale of a home so that he can collect on his commission. He genuinely cares for his clients, and works with them from the first meeting to help them navigate the buying/selling process through closing to make sure things run smoothly.

My interaction with Rich was nothing but superb. Rich replaced another realtor that was doing a poor job and quickly analyzed my situation. He conveyed his thoughts and recommendations and was completely honest. So different from the prior realtor. Because of his honesty, I ended up not placing my home up for sale on the multiple. The numbers didn't make sense. Yet, the prior realtor had me list it for 2 months at an unreasonable price - which of course it did not sell. A waste of time and money. Rich could have easily told me to list it and I would have, but he didn't. If I had another property

Rich, We were all very glad to have had you working on the sale of Mom's house. I know it's not the high ticket item you usually work with, but it was important to us since it's all our 86 year old Mom had in this whole world to help care for her in these elder years.

Rich Cederberg… What can I say, if you want an honest realtor who has your best interest in mind, than he is your guy.
