WOW! I had such a great experience! They provided amazing service, were such a pleasure to work with, and they understood my needs. I went to get a mattress for my daughters room, transitioning from crib to big girls bed and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They Listened to exactly what I needed and I was sold with the first mattress they brought to me. Delivery was next day (because I went late in the afternoon), 2 guys who brought it in we’re extremely helpful and it was done in 2 mins. Highly recommend taking a visit, I will be going back myself very soon

They must have taken out 15 mattresses for us to try untill the homes in on exactly the comfort level we were looking for, spring, firm with a soft top but not a pillow top, talk about difficult. I can comfortably recommend Mikey's mattress to anyone because I know that they will take care of you. The nicest people in new York to buy mattresses from guaranteed.

What a wonderful experience AGAIN at Mikey Mattress. I’ve been there three times before for mattresses and each time I’ve had a great experience. They have great quality mattress at great prices. The people that work there are wonderful from sales person to delivery boys and you can’t beat the price Mike gives you. You receive a mattress cover and sheets - they even had the color my daughter likes. I went in today to get her a full size mattress. I went in - the people there wonderful and very helpful and patient. They put the mattress out for me to let me lay on and pick the one I like.

My boyfriend and I went to Mikey Mattress a month ago and had the best experience. Mikey was incredibly knowledgeable on the different types of mattresses and was able to find the comfort level we were looking for that was in our price range. He even gave us some complimentary sheets and swag to go along with the purchase 🤓 we’ve had the mattress about a month now and couldn’t be happier - I’ve never slept better in my life! I rarely take the time to write reviews so when I do; the business absolutely went above and beyond in my eyes. Tonight I went to Mikey Matress on Hempstead Turnpike in West hempstead. I went there because everyone on my local Facebook groups highly recommended them, and only them. Now I too know why.
I received very friendly service from Jo, jaw dropping prices, and my mattresses will be delivered tomorrow! I am very confident in my purchases as well. I am so excited! No hassling involved at all-just really excellent attention to detail and help with exactly with what I was looking for.

Amazing place! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Susana is their sales associate, she was very helpful and gave her honest opinion on the mattresses, I told her about my sleeping habits and she showed me this Memory Foam bed that stays cool as I sleep. Highly recommend this place for a one to one experience on mattress purchase.

Two weeks ago, I bought a mattress and adjustable base from Mikey's Mattress. The saleswoman, Jo, was amazing and spent about two hours with me (really!) because there were so many comfortable mattresses to choose from. After narrowing it down to two, she suggested the lower priced mattress (yes....you read that right!) citing the fact that she watched how I laid on each mattress and it was the best choice for my sleeping positions. Plus the prices are great. Delivery was scheduled for the next morning and they were on time and very pleasant. I went here based on all the 5 star reviews. Plus I like to support local businesses. I was helped right away by Josephine. She took her time with me, listened to my needs and recommended 3 very good mattresses within my price range. I had a very hard time deciding because they were all very comfortable. I never felt rushed, nor did she try to upsell me. I picked one, she got a great price for me - she even called Mikey twice to get him to agree. So Mikey Mattress did it again! We needed a new mattress for my 5 year old ASAP because we converted her toddler bed to a full size. When we got there Jenny knew exactly what we needed. I had an incredible experience there the other day. I came in and Mikey himself helped me! Gave me recommendations, let me sit on a number of beds, giving me all of the details about each. I was in a hurry as I had twin babies in the car with a friend (they were sleeping and waking them is only what the insane do). Mikey knew this and my purchase was complete so quickly once I made a decision on a mattress with a delivery scheduled for the following morning. We heard great things about Mikey Mattress so we decided to give it a try to buy our son a full-size mattress. Jenny was very patient with us...and our 2 rambunctious, young children! She patiently showed us several different mattresses - too soft, too hard, and finally, just right! Unlike other stores, we were able to take the mattress home right then from the store and they even tied it (very securely!) to the top of our car. We didn't have to lift a finger. I was referred to Mikeys Mattress & now I know why...the namesake of this company is "old school" in the way he conducts business. It's easy to handle situations when things go well but the true testament to anyone (especially in business) is how they handle situations when thinks do not go as planned. My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Mike on the phone and with Rocco in the store. Both were very helpful, generous with their advice and willing to work with us with our budget and time constraints. When we ran into a problem w the comfort of the mattress we received; Mike is being more than accommodating to help us resolve the issue and ensure we end up with a mattress we like and can actually get a good nights sleep on. After having a terrible experience with a mattress, my boyfriend and I decided to go into Mikey mattress, after hearing good things. I am so glad we did. I cannot rave enough about Mike and Rocco. There was never any pressure, they both listened to our thoughts and made suggestions. It was an absolute joy working with Rocco in the store, he was so accommodating and nice. Miley Mattress is the best place on Long Island to get a new bed. The best customer service experience I've ever had from beginning to end. Do not go anywhere else!!!!!
They also removed my old bed and threw it out for me. Set up the new one and did it fast as can be.
