Many drivers assume their traffic citation is negligible, or that it would be pointless to even try to contest an unjust charge. Often people simply decide to pay their traffic fines quietly, even if they do not believe they deserved to be ticketed. But putting a check in the mail for a traffic ticket you do not agree with is almost always a mistake.

This is my personal experience. Retained Mr. Smith to complete an ADRO form with my ex wife's state pension. "Simple form " he said, stroked a check for $1,000. Stated that it should cost ~$700, and to expect a refund. Took this experienced attorney three tries to properly complete the form. his assistant called me and said "you need to file the form with the state". WHY did I hire him if I need to do the work, and what do I need to do to actually receive the benefits. Mark NEVER calls back. ever. I paid for him to figure out how to file this simple form. Oh, and he charged an additional $485.
