Dr. Cassie Cure is a 2000 graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr Cure bought the practice, that is now Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital in 2005. An extremely caring vet, Dr. Cure loves her work. Dr Cure lives in Lees Summit, MO with her husband, Kyle, their daughter, Sydney, their son, Maveric, their dogs Gabi & Goose, and their cats Martin and Cranberry.
At Cedar Ridge, we know how important it is that your new puppy or kitten gets off to a great start. That is why we focus on making their first visits as fun as possible! We also take the time to make sure you have all of the tools and knowledge to raise the newest member of your family! A head to toe physical exam by one of the doctors to check for any developmental problems and to make sure your pet is healthy.
We are happy to book an appointment for you. This is not an automatic process. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm a date and time that is as close to your request as possible. If your appointment has not been confirmed within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the practice by phone to confirm.

Just recently started taking my cat here and we love it. Very professional and always find a way to squeeze me in with emergencies. Everyone is so friendly and so so helpful with my cats health. They show him just as much love and attention that I would give him. Will never go anywhere else!

Wow is all I can say, I had a wonderful experience starting from the beginning looking for an opening. They got me in same day! This was my first time coming here and I will never go anywhere else. I have been worried sick about my dog and his uti and have not great experiences at other places. The technicians were so so so kind to me and my dog it shocked me. They got down on the ground with us and took so much time to take care of my dog and explain everything along the way. You could tell how genuine they were, not like fake nice. I wish I had got their names but everyone there was amazing.

Our cat accidentally injured her newborn kitten. She broke his jaw and caused a laceration on his face and neck. I was told not much could be done for him. Cedar Ridge was recommended by Northeast Animal Hospital. Everyone there was wonderful. The Dr made special time to see him on a day she was just there to work on a project. Everyone there obviously really loves animals and did everything they could to help this poor baby. The Dr gave me detailed instructions and demonstrated how to wrap his head and feed him with a syringe. We thought there was no hope for him but now we have hope and are going
