Our team of experienced veterinary professionals at AniMed Animal Hospital have been trusted in our local community for over 20 years. We look forward to meeting you and providing the best care to your pets, as if they were our own family. Dr. Vuagniaux graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia, with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2004.
We've been serving the people and pets of Blue Springs, MO since 2009, converting what was one a historic barn into a state-of-the-art veterinary facility. Since then, we've continued to grow and develop into one of the most trusted veterinary clinics in Missouri. Learn more below. AniMed Animal Hospital is a Cat-Friendly veterinary hospital. At AniMed Animal Hospital, we prioritize preventative health care. Wellness care is important for every animal, from dogs and cats, to birds and exotic pets. We recommend annual wellness visits for all pets, and biannual visits for our senior companions because they are more prone to illness. Through preventative measures such as vaccines, parasite control, and routine wellness visits, we are able to minimize the risk of many pet diseases.

We took our 2 kittens there for a well visit/vaccines after adopting them and to get them both spayed. The care was great. The veterinarians and the vet assistants were compassionate and sweet to our kitties even though one of the kittens was being difficult. They double checked everything for their surgery to be sure we were informed and only got what we were wanting, they even trimmed the kitties nails while they were sleeping. After surgery care was phenomenal. They got us in asap when one of our kitties got one of their stitches out and when it started to look infected. They were kind and understanding
