I want to give the staff and vet that took care of my Whoopie,we took him to them because he had this break out on his leg.they told us it was cancer a very aggressive cancer.needless to say I was a basket case all I could do was fall apart.within a week the cancer ate from the inside out and I couldn't deal with the thought of my baby suffering..on New years eve day he was put to sleep they were so passionate and caring and gentle with him.while my boyfriend waited outside for them to bring him out so he could be buried.they went above and beyond they wrapped him securely and also when they brought

Jackson County Animal Hospital contacted me, via email, regarding scheduling an appointment for required vaccinations for the dog we adopted from the Independence Animal Services. They recommended that we add PetDesk app to schedule appointments and easy access to our dog's information. I received daily electronic reminders of the scheduled appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. The examination room table lowered to the floor and doubles as a scale, so no lifting up onto the table was required (appreciated for our 63 pound dog). Final charges were VERY reasonable. Didn't even have

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I feel the communication could have been better but my dog did get better after treatment. I feel the bill was rather high but at least ask before treatment. The doctor did call and address my concerns. This has always been a good vet and I plan to continue using them.

I moved Independence last week from Blue Springs and I wanted to change vets. Someone recommended Independence Animal hospital. So it took me days to get an appointment in days to get in on the phone so that could really change if there's any help for that situation. But they pretty much came to the car on time and took her. It's not the outcome I had helped for I have a very old dog and they said not to put her through the surgery I was thinking about so I'm really happy they were honest. I came home with medication and antibiotics and I just wanted to live as long as she can as comfortably as
