The firm of Broadway Real Estate all started with a newspaper ad that read "If you like houses, come and see us". LaVonne Kloida, founder of Broadway Real Estate did like houses so she applied not sure what the job entailed. As it turned out Ryan Real Estate was looking for a new sales agent. The idea of selling houses or "problem solving" as LaVonne puts it; appealed to her so she enrolled in a real estate course in Traverse City.

Adm. Code RL 24.07(8)) requires real estate brokers to deliver a copy of written agency disclosure form to you prior to providing you brokerage services. This is a disclosure of the duties that a real estate broker owes to all parties in a real estate transaction under Wisconsin law (see lines 7 to 23) and the duties owed to the broker's clients in the transaction (see 24 to 32).

Mike Nowak was incredible! He spent countless days showing me homes and was very honest about the pluses and minuses with each one. Now I am the proud home owner of a home that I love.
