Always great service and very knowledgeable. second time coming here, this time needing a vacuum upgrade. with kids, dogs, and cats - our house needs a vacuum that can keep up with us. we have a history of going through vacuums, so we needed something that will last. Highly recommend this shop and ended up purchasing a Sebo X4. Wow! what a difference. this things works great on our solid tile floors as well as the carpets. looking forward to many years with this machine!

A great family run business. I brought my vacuum in to see about repairs, but parts are an issue right now. They showed me a great new vacuum and I met customers picking up their same vacuum from service that they have loved for years. There were no pressure sales tactics, just friendly service. I really love the vacuum so far and will be going back when it needs to be serviced.

Just picked up my Miele vacuum earlier today and had a great experience with them. My vacuum needed a new motor and those are not cheep! He just happened to have a used one laying on a shelf in the back and saved me hundreds of dollars. I asked him if it needed a new brush on it and he took a quick look and said "No Miele vacuums brushes tend to have shorter bristles so its supposed to look like that." That saved me another $170! It was done in just a couple days and works perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service! We bought a Riccar vacuum from them in Oct 2018 and it has been a fantastic vacuum. Nothing beats a bag vacuum in the AZ dust! Daren (sp?) has been fantastic to work with. He serviced the vacuum (no charge, under warranty from Riccar) and it functions perfectly. We don’t have to dust as often because the bag vacuum catches everything! I highly recommend Sun City Vacuum as well as Riccar vacuums. They have solved the eternal problem of AZ dust!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed a truly wonderful experience on both occasions at Sun City Vacuums & Sewing. Paul and Garren are truly professional, courteous, warm and welcoming; no high pressure was evident. Both models of the vacuum I was interested in were explained in detail, I was able to try out both machines and made a great decision with the Miele Complete C3 Kona Canister Vacuum. I absolutely love this business!! Very straight forward, quick, personal, efficient, and polite. Highly recommend! I received such personal, friendly, prompt, professional service. Garren is the owner and manager of the shop. He truly cares about making sure his customers are completely satisfied. I took in my old Riccar vacuum for a tune up. He was super knowledgeable about all my questions and didn’t try to pressure me into buying a new vacuum at all. He fixed up my old one really well. Afterwards I had a separate minor issue, I brought it back and he fixed it immediately while I was waiting at no charge and loaded the vacuum in my car. He was super helpful and will certainly have my business
