I am so impressed the customer service here. We gotten dance shoes online before but I knew we needed to try some on. We were greeted upon entry both times we came and they remembered my name the 2nd time I came in. They didn’t have our size so we prepaid and picked up later in the week. It’s nice to support a local business. I’m glad they’ve survived the pandemic and are still around to serve the dance community. I’d come back here in no time !

I have done business in this store for 9 years. Yes we are in some difficult times but this encounter should never have happened this way. My daughter is in school full time mon-fri 8a-3p. Store hours are 10-4. My mom trying to help me out brought my daughter from school straight to the store to find out they could not get shoes. She had a long conversation with Laynie the owner about these troubling times. My mother asked how can we my daughter sized for shoes since they are only open till 4p. Laynie told my mother to come back the next day, ask for her, and she would get them in. So she picked

If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting 45 minutes to enter the store and another 20 in the store before my three year old could get fitted for ballet shoes, we walked out empty handed. We shopped and finally had our number called. We sat down, told them what we needed and were told that they basically had no ballet shoes. It would have been nice if they communicated that to the customers. Knowing we were there for a shoe fitting and knowing they have low to no stock on those shoes, it would have been nice to have been asked before waiting. I walked out with a very sad child. I grew up

Just want to be very grateful for Lanie and Laurie for staying open at this very very difficult time. I would like to remind everyone to be patient and kind COVID is no one’s fault. I have been shopping at this store for my entire life. My sister was a dancer and I a gymnast our mother was able to purchase what we both needed in one store. Now as an adult my daughter dances and when ever she needs anything we pop in and they always have it. Btw they sell the best bun maker for thick hair. Today we go in for my daughter's pointe shoe fitting. Having been to one before for my niece I know how important they treat this day (even during the pandemic). I cannot recommend this business more highly.

Seriously the only place in Massachusetts you should be going to get dancewear. Name brand, top of the line dancewear for all genres of dance and competition. It is not just a dance shoe store by any means. They sell baby to adult sizes & reasonable prices. The store is visually beautiful, modern, spacious and very well kept and organized. The staff is always helpful, especially the owner Laney and her sister who are extremely knowledgeable & yearn to have the customer completely satisfied. I’ve only been here one time but there service was amazing! They sell everything from shoes to mats. I went there and I went to the counter to pay and she asked me if this is the kind of tights I wanted and I told her what I was doing that day and she recommended me to a different pair of tights that were very comfortable and easy to wear. I chose to support a local store instead of purchasing off Amazon where I could of most likely paid less for my product. It was my first time at on your shoes to purchase jazz shoes for my daughter. Shes 20 months old. She was a little under the weather so i was hoping to be in and out. This place is amazing! 7th consecutive year shopping here. Every single time they know what I need simply by saying the dance studio my child is from. Within a minute of being in the store I will be greeted by someone asking how I am and what I need. Their knowledge is very much appreciated. It can get very busy, but they are overly accommodating.
