This is for staff. So I asked for different styles and sizes, but the staffs just stood there, not very responsive to our inquiries. I thought Rothy's is known for the best customer services, however, that didn't seem like it.
At the end, when we checked out and tried to use the referral codes and asked the staffs if the referral or holiday codes have expired date, they couldn't tell us.
I am quite disappointed with my experiences at Rothy's this time. I usually shop on the website and this was my first time shop in store, and it was a let down. In addition, I felt when

Excited about the Khaki Camo BUCKET BAG, purchased online and waited patiently. All was good when I unpacked from shipping box, except for faint smell of cigarette smoke from the dust bag tucked deep inside the well wrapped merch. Unless the USPS mail carrier was lighting up while handling deliveries?? A bit pricey for made in China.

Most people I speak with about Rothy's think that I work for them based on how highly I speak of them. They are worth the cost in comfort, convenience, and efficiency- they are cute and provide so many styles to choose from with more coming regularly. This is for the location and not the brand. I had a great experience both times I have visited. Everyone was polite to me. Due to covid, there was a long wait outside on my first visit. I did make it inside. The representative helped me and didn't rush me. I felt a little rushed due to the line, but not by the store.
It's a small location, but I like the use of the long wall displays. I wish they had more than just black Mary Janes at the physical locations.
The second visit was after the peach in-store exclusive and it was the say after, relatively empty. The representatives were helpful

I had a great in-store experience. Now if people could learn how to use Yelp to talk about their actual experience and not review the shoes they bought online and no where in San Francisco I'm sure this location would have a slightly better star rating than 3. But back to what I was saying - solid experience. I felt like they were doing everything they could to maintain a covid-safe experience for both the customers AND the employees. Good service, knowledgeable about product, and was happy that the shoes I wanted were in stock because I was a little worried they wouldn't be based off

I LOVE everything about Rothy's!!! I bought my first pair last year while pregnant, and vowed to never buy comparable priced leather flats again; since then I have donated all of my designer leather flats to women's shelter and replaced them with a variety of Rothy's.
I truly love knowing my shoes are sustainable, COMFORTABLE, durable, and extremely cute. I have 14 pairs of Rothy's, none have torn or appear worn out like most flats do overtime.
Even though they are washable I will never place a shoe of any kind in my washer; but I have hand washed a pair after wearing them

Unfortunately, with shelter in place we are unable to try on shoes in the store so it's hard to determine your size . The man who has worked the past couple of times has had great customer service and has been very helpful with trying to find the size I need. Unfortunately, the third time was not a charm and they didn't have the next size up and I will have to order online. Overall, it was a blah experience ( no ones fault ) and if I hadn't experienced decent customer service I would not take the chance and order another size, but because The guy was helpful and took time to answer

Absolutely love their shoes - My favorite shoe brand because of their sustainable practices and quality.
13 months ago, I purchased a pair of white sneakers. I've worn them from 2 - 6 times per week (walking to work, taking the BART, etc), washing them bi-weekly, and they are still in very good condition. Of course, over time the white material has some permanent markings, but they are still perfect for casual wear.
They have been incredibly comfortable (the fabric is flexible and never constricts toes), breathable (always dry feet), and give me the freedom to walk, jog, or run in dry and

I just purchased a pair of Chelsea style shoes from Rothy's and I am one absolutely happy customer! For the longest time, I have been looking for the perfect Chelsey style shoes. I have bought and own several from various shoe stores, but none of them completely satisfied my expectation. I came upon Rothy's through Facebook. Their advertising photos look honest so I went ahead and ordered a pair of Nightfall. When they arrived yesterday, I couldn't wait to try them on, and when I did, I was blown-away! They fit perfectly and look great! It's amazing how comfortable they are

The sales staff was kind and approachable for this I will give one star. The manager on duty's this location in December insinuated "people can come in with an expired and used code, so she could not give me the discount" that I was showing her on my phone. I felt like she was accusing me of this very example. Also keep in mind there aren't many stores and it isn't the closest and most convenient location. The shop is tiny and everyone could hear and I felt so embarrassed. After explaining to her the valid event I received these codes and reasons as to why I took a picture

Minimalist tiny storefront for a mostly online business. I felt lucky I happened to be visiting SF the day after my new Rothy's were delivered, because they were too big. I brought them back to the store and was able to try on all the styles and see how they fit - that was helpful. The return process was very easy in store!

I understand that only a limited number of customers can be inside the store at a time (fire safety!), but it was really frustrating that the store associates didn't even acknowledge the customers waiting patiently outside. They could at least hand out some kind of catalog or information so that customers don't have to spend more time asking about the fabric and Merino collection when they actually make it inside. I mean, I know I'm less cranky waiting at restaurants if I at least have a menu to look at while waiting.

This review is for the shoes, not this location. I do plan to check out the location, even with the bad reviews. So I bought the red scooter rounded toe flats Rothy's and really like them. I'm a size 8.5 and they are not true to size. These suckers are pretty tight and would be more comfortable a 9. I never wear 9s.I would recommend ordering 1/2 size up. They have 30 day returns of unworn shoes if you don't trust me but I'm saving you the hassle of a return. I've heard similar complaint form friends and did not listen. Enjoy!

DON'T BUY ONLINE or unless you are 100% sure how these will fit you. Kinda impossible if you aren't near a store. I love the shoe, but unfortunately ordered online and received a size too small. I spent 145 on the shoe plus and extra ten on inserts. Normally that price is out of my budget for shoes, since I work mostly with non profits and tend to be tight fisted on clothing.
I made the mistake of letting them know I wore them for an hour to my baby cousins birthday party which was held all indoors except for the walk from the car to event center, and they won't exchange. So disappointed

Line is long... so come early - they only let a few people in at a time due to the tight space! There's only a few options that they have on hand in the store, seriously... just a few colors. There's more online. I went to the store because I needed to figure out my size... and yasshhhh I did! I know my size now, so I can order online.
Service was great! Although I didn't like to hang out in the cold, cold, windy, super windy environment while I waited in line. Home girl was super professional and happy! She's great!

I recently purchased and returned two pairs of Rothys because they were too big. I was going to visit SF and was excited to figure out my size at a B&M store. I didn't want to deal with another buy/return experience (to which I lost my $20 new customer credit).
I visited on a Saturday afternoon. There are ropes for a line in front of their store. No one was actually in the line and it was confusing whether the line was in effect. As someone who rarely does the B&M thing, this was such a turnoff. No other stores on Fillmore

Quaint boutique with most of the selection you can find online. This store is lacking in exclusives. Been following them on IG and was happy to hear SF was getting a Store. Prior to coming here, I ordered a pair of the point- dark camo. Ordered a 7- exact size- and it fit perfectly.
