Three years ago they put six names on our original Christening Gown slip that is now 36 years old for our children and three grandchildren in their old location. I was so relieved when we found their new location so they could add our fourth grandchild. I’m hoping to add some more once my son has his. The gentlemen I spoke with on Wed was so kind and thoughtful. I love how he matched up the colors perfectly. His kindness will not go unnoticed. Our sales representative was very difficult to work with. He was arrogant and rude. He did not return phone calls, emails and text messages. He made changes to art work sent and printed the team bags incorrectly. The representative suggested a new team jacket that would take less time to arrive. The jackets are port quality, just as expensive as the nicer letterman jackets and took over eight weeks to arrive. Our orders took the whole season to complete. We have discontinuing using this company.
