I've been with State Farm and Mike Gates' agency for over 40 years. They provide my auto and home insurance. Almost every experience I've had with State Farm, Mike Gates and his employees has been the best. One time there was some confusion about the home insurance and premium charges, which eventually worked out satisfactorily.

After being a client for more than 20 yrs I received the worst treatment in this office. The customer service was horrible and didn't receive so much as an apology until I asked for one. If you don't come from money as most do in West Linn you mean nothing to these people. Mike Gates himself couldn't be bothered to follow up on the horrible experience that affected our entire family.
