Russel has been amazing through our entire insurance process. He has explained things in a thoughtful manner that has been easily understood and has not pushed us to sign up for anything that he doesn't think is necessary for our family. He has done multiple calls and video meetings to make sure our wants and needs are being met, and has been professional every step of the way.

I had my insurances with another for many, many years and always thought I was getting great service. And last year I decided to let Russel Williams also give me a quote and they were so responsive and professional that I had the entire quote within the span of a day. My old broker took much longer to just provide an updated premium. The premium savings was substantial so I let Russel write all my policies with State Farm and enjoyed a great savings. But I needed an additional coverage just this week and timing was critical and needed to be in place quickly. Russel realized how important this need

I have been working with Russel Williams for years. He is knowledgeable, informed, and very diligent. He also has very competent staff working for him, which is hard to find these days. I have business and personal insurance with his office. He always makes sure that all of these policies are working together. I have zero issues recommending him and his office to anyone. He is a great insurance agent. We all know that is not easy to say. Working with him and his office definitely worth your time.

I spent 20 years with another major insurance provider and recently moved our commercial and all personal policies over to State Farm. Russel is extremely thourough, and cares about protecting you and assets, yet doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary coverage. Furthermore, State Farm is also in the mortgage lending business. I went to my personal bank and two other lending company companies on rate comparisons. I was pleasantly surprised at not only how much lower their rates were, but they also don’t include all of the junk fees that most other lending sources do. The process in all of the above
