Matt and his team are the definition of client service. They have always been responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions. They are not what you would think of for insurance agents they are BETTER and put you first. They even handled a claim for us through a different insurance place for us. 100% recommend Matt and State Farm.

I cannot begin to explain the level of care and professionalism this company has! They have ALWAYS put my needs first, and have done whats best for my family, as much as they possibly could. Never once have they not been able to help me, or answer any questions I have had. The amount of politeness and tenderness that goes into this company is outstanding. This is the absolute best insurance agent I’ve ever had. They are quick to respond to all questions and concerns, they very friendly and kind to talk to, and actually listen to what you have to say. They are also constantly helping me find ways to save and keep me updated on my policy. After being with American Family since I was 16years old I decided to research other companies. Matt was able to lower my monthly payment by $60.00. I moved to a new rental in June and didn’t realize that I needed rental insurance in order to get my keys. I called Matt the day of and he got me set up in 15 min. I’ve had a great experience with him and would recommend him to anyone looking!

Recently I popped my tire, I realized that I did not have the towing package on my policy. Matt's office sent an associate to my location to help me change the tire so that I could get home. This office team has always gone above and beyond for me. Also, I emailed asking to re-evaluate my policy, before I knew it I was receiving a discount on both cars and I had towing added. Paying less monthly and a VERY happy customer. I had Allstate for 11+ years and was never treated with with this level of personalized care. Thanks guys, we are happy we made the switch.

I guess Jeff doesn't know how insurance works. It's a product you buy it when you don't need it you cancel it, if you don't cancel it you pay the premiums, it's just common sense I think Jeff is an idiot. I have had my auto, homeowners, life insurance and million dollar liability insurance through them and they are great. They've always gone the extra mile for anything I've needed. State Farm also carries gap insurance for Uber drivers which I am. Somebody told me Geico cancelled them when they found out they were in Uber driver not State Farm, they came out with

My agents got switched 6 months ago or so and I haven't had to call until today. Matt is such a cool agent! I am getting a new to me car from my parents, it's a lot newer than my current car. He helped me save money on my current insurance and my new to me car. I was dreading talking to an agent because it's like going to a car sales lot from my experience. Matt was so not like that! He's been in the industry for 15 years and gives you the facts on what you should and shouldn't get depending on your needs and tells you what is included with all the different types of insurance
