The Lutz Group is a family firm with Benchmark Realty, LLC and is comprised of husband and wife, Eric & Caroline Lutz and sister-in-law, Sarah Lutz. Caroline and her immediate family are all Nashville natives. Eric has called Middle Tennessee home after attending the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a degree in Biology in 2005.

Sarah and the the entire Lutz Group was awesome to work with! I am a lender and love working with knowledgeable realtors. We have done several deals together and every time she surprises me with how fast she finds her clients a home in this crazy market. We had decided to move to Franklin, and didn't know anyone in the area. We contacted Eric & Caroline about one house, and they quickly became our "buyer's" realtor. They were fantastic, every step of the way, providing wonderful service before, during, and even after the home purchase process. They showed us around multiple times, including a… "get to know the area" tour that gave us a great feel for the Franklin area. They were always incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, dedicated and focused on getting us what we wanted. Worked with plenty or realtors in our life, but none as good
