Silverstone Apartments

The apartment conditions are absolutely terrible and management won’t give two hoots about it no matter who they have rotating through their offices. The constant nagging emails to the entire community about the disrepair blaming the people who live here. Its the managements job to keep it up ... which they do not do. The balconies were falling off the entire time I lived here. After a while the caution tape was falling off for months. The parent management company never once got back to me after several attempts at reaching them.

Worst place to live. They lie a lot. Once you sign the contract they will not pick up your call. Manager will not pick up your phone. I tried to contact the head office, they pick didn't pick up my phone and replied my email back. Only the Maintenance guy Sam was very helpful. He is an amazing person. Always helped me whenever I needed something. I wouldn't prefer anyone to move at this place.

The one bedroom apartments here at Silverstone are just ideal for me. Plenty of room at a very affordable price. Im a college student so any money I can save is a plus. The grounds are also very clean and quiet. Perfect for my late night study sessions. If anyone is looking for a quiet, clean affordable place, give Silverstone a chance.

If I could give 0 stars I would I dislike the manager her name is Madeline she’s black she’s awful she showed me a chatty ran down looking apartment the cabinets Weren’t secure they look like someone could get injured and she wanted me to give her good reviews the apartments look nothing like the photos online, and online the application fee says $25.00 and it’s really $40.00 when you go in the place it’s a lie and they need to update their website. The apartments look like motels don’t even waste your time.

Whatever you do go look at this place before you pay the application fee. The website and the leasing agent Madeline did a great job of selling me on it before I saw it. Once I saw it in person I felt very mis led. The pictures on the web site are of a remodeled room. And I was told my room was also remodeled. However it was not. And the exterior of the building needs a lot of work also. After seeing this place in person I decided not to stay. At this point I think I deserve to get my $100 hold free refunded. But now they won't answer my calls or emails.

The new owners, management, and maintenance never answer the phone, respond to emails, never come to the property. Maintenance request forget it they never come to fix anything Ever unless it's 3 months from the first time you asked because you have to ask multiple times. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone.
