Life is full of opportunities to show someone we love them. One such opportunity is the funeral or memorial service. Such a loving event celebrates the choices they made, the relationship you shared, and honors the memory of your loved one. It's important to take the time to acknowledge the uniqueness of the deceased: the individuality of their personality, and the uniqueness of their life's path.
Not just for them, but for you; it affirms the relationship, and leads to healing after loss. Honoring their life is truly an act of love - for the both of you. Taking the time to consider your service is a loving act, and not a difficult one. We invite you to explore the seemingly infinite number of ways to celebrate and honor a life.

With our online grief support you're assured of our commitment to helping you through this difficult time. It doesn't matter what time of day, or what day of the week you need support, we're here for you. You can access online counseling services, join in group grief support, or watch our interactive videos, anytime: 24/7.
When a death occurs, the order in which things need to be done often depends on where the death occurred. That's why we suggest that you ask a friend for help - someone who is more able to think clearly, and give you the support you need. Accepted customs of dress and behavior in a funeral have changed over time, but courtesy never goes out of style.
Pre-planning your funeral should be a natural part of life, because it provides you with time to make end-of-life decisions in a calm and rational atmosphere. Start the online planning process now, or meet with one of our funeral directors. Pre-planning greatly reduces the burden and stress, placed on a surviving loved one, of having to make difficult decisions while dealing with grief.

Losing a loved one is difficult for all. My grandfather passed away in August, in Florida and his services were prearranged with McGrath, Myslinkski, Karboski & Nunn. The loss was especially hard on my grandmother, they had been married 64 years. The services were perfect, from the delivery of his cremains to the beautiful flowers and church service. They added personal touches that we can all remember and cherish. Thank you to everyone for the professionalism and empathy that we received during this difficult time.

This place is hands down the go-to funeral home in the surrounding Utica area. The staff there goes out of their way to be accommodating & will do all they can to ensure you have a great experience working with them. The professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail is second to none. One of the directors Steve has made a habit of going above & beyond each and every time we have contacted him. I can't say enough good about this place and would recommend them to everyone. Top notch establishment.
