The guys at The Import Mechanics are the BEST! Not only are they friendly, but they always treat me and my car with respect. I know I can trust them to get the job done when I call them and they get my vehicle back to me in solid time. I've been going to them for years and even though I now live about an hour away, I still take my car to them because I trust they'll take excellent care of it. Appreciate this team greatly!

I would never take my Audi anywhere else. These guys are specialists, experts at what they do, and they are honest. I can trust them to tell me the truth, use high quality parts, do what they say they'll do, charge me fairly. Given that my car is a 2014, I depend on them to find and repair maintenance issues. Because of their integrity, I don't ever feel the need to second guess their recommendations, and this makes them second to none in my book. Don't hesitate to take your import vehicle here, they will treat you right.

We've used Import Mechanics for over a decade. We've bought cars from them and have all our cars serviced there. They have the highest integrity in their work and will never sell you something your car doesn't need. Many times they have directed me on how to save money on my car repairs. Plus, when a car is in the shop you get a loaner that is super fun to drive!! A great company with cool people you can trust.

Highly recommended repair shop. Willing to work on my vehicle, which is old and relatively unique. Attempted more economical and custom fixes before jumping into more expensive solutions. The staff is very friendly and the shop is located in a good spot.

I have brought my Jetta to these guys every time and every time it’s serviced perfectly. I’ve had experiences with other shops, and it usually felt like they would fix one issue while overlooking another, or the fix didn’t last, etc. With Import Mechanics, I always feel like my vehicle is taken care of like it was their own vehicle. Every fix or service leaves the car feeling new again, and I couldn’t recommend this shop more. Great people, amazing service, I will only take my car to them!

I've taken my 1974 BMW 2002 to The Import Mechanics on several occasions and each time I've found them to be knowledgeable and informative when diagnosing any mechanical issues I was having with my car. They have been professional and always followed up with me after doing work on my car. I highly recommend The Import Mechanics if you need work on your car, particularly if you have a vintage European car like I have. Good mechanics can be hard to find. I feel lucky to have discovered them.

I started using import mechanics a few years ago when I purchased a 2007 Audi A4. At first I was using them just for routine maintenance, oil changes tires and such. Then I blew the engine and talked to them about putting a used engine in my car seeing as I still owed money on it and didn't want to end up paying on a car I couldn't drive and having to find somthing else. Since than I have hired them to do all the work on my Audi. They are always professional and on time. I highly recommend the guys at import mechanics.

I took my 2007 Mercedes to Import Mechanics and if I could give them 10 stars, I would! I am woman who knows nothing about cars (wish I did) and never feel that dealerships have my best interests in mind when servicing my cars. Import Mechanics was not only professional and informative every step of the way but also went to the effort of saving me money. Every person I dealt with was professional and delightful to work with. I received appropriate emails, calls and texts along the way updating me about the work that needed to be done and the status of the work. I could not recommend them more highly
