For smaller chips in the window, a repair will help ensure your windshield keeps you safe behind the wheel.
Our life time warranty covers all workmanship issues and product issues, such as a glass distortion or defects. Workmanship issues include: Water leaks, air leaks, rear view mirror issues, wiper problems and molding issues. Call us anytime if any of these problems occur. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear.
A. A little rain or snow won't slow Primer Auto Glass down as long as there's a carport, garage or other suitable shelter on site. Just got my window replaced by Jacob and Charles. They were fast, efficient, thoughtful and SO nice!!! I had called a couple of places and none of them could beat Primer Auto Glass service (they came to my house!) and professionalism. They cleaned up my driveway nicely and taught me how to be careful to water down the small pieces of glass so it doesn't scratch my paint. They also gave great tips on how to potentially avoid another break-in by leaving the back seats down and trunk exposed w/ a white towel.... thanks guys for the great service!

My window was the victim of highway rock chips. I reached out to Primer Auto Glass for help in replacing my windshield on a 2014 Audi rs5. I made a appointment and I am glad I went through Primer Auto Glass. Mike answered my questions and assured me I would be happy with the end result, and HE DELIVERED!!! Told me to let the car sit for a hr before driving it and not to wash it for at least 24hrs. If you want a professional job done, this is your company.

Charles and Frank provide the ultimate in customer service, hands down! My Tesla's rear quarter panel got broken into and needed to get it repaired asap. I had called a couple of Tesla locations, but the customer service I received there couldn't compare to Primer, not to mention the cost was about 50% more than Primer's. (I had checked on the Tesla Motor Club site and someone had recommended Primer.)

I hope I will not need to but I will always call on these guys to repair my windows. They came out to me within 2 hours of my call, vacuumed the debris and the entire interior of my car, replaced the glass in a timely fashion and gave me advice on how to avoid incidents in the future. They were amazing and I would recommend their service to anyone. They were exceptionally professional and even better they are a Bay Area made mom and pop shop. Thanks guy!

These guys are quick and professional. They changed my 2021 Tesla Model 3 windshield in less than 30 minutes. Even lined it up better than the one Tesla put on from the factory.
Hopefully I will never have to change a windshield again, but if I do, I will go to these guys. Actually, they will come to you because they are mobile.

I found Primer Auto Glass on Reddit. Someone wrote a raving review of them. In general, I've had fairly mediocre to bad experience when it came to fixing things on my car, but I have to say, Primer Auto Glass was an exception. Frank was very kind in scheduling me for a time that worked best for me. His communication was kind and helpful. But on the day of the actual service, they blew me away. Like so many others, I have had nothing but a great experience from Primer Auto Glass. I called Frank and asked about replacing the roof glass on my Tesla. He explained the process of how to start a claim with insurance and then give him all the details. He then set up my appointment and dealt with all the insurance work.
When it came time for my appointment, Charles called me 30 minutes prior to arriving (they gave me a time window the day before). He came all the way out to San Jose, looked at the crack and got straight to work. We chatted the whole time about his experience replacing the glass

These guys were so fantastic. Started out with a Yelp quote where I specified I wanted factory glass for my Mercedes. They mentioned they would have to order the glass and it would take about a week. They said they also take insurance. I went to Lynx (StateFarm's glass insurance co) and selected them as my vendor in the app/quote. A week later they show up with the glass for the install. I didn't need to do anything but wait for them to deliver as promised. Paid them my deductible and off they went. Will definitely use again.

Spoke to Frank few years ago when my car got broken into. His response was quick, answered all the questions, scheduled a date, came by and fixed it. Highly recommend Primer Auto Glass. I used them back in 2017 and again in May 2021. They promptly responded to my request and was able to secure a mobile appointment in a timely manner. Charles and Mike were fast, tidy, professional, pleasant, and hard-working. They maintained social distance, wore mask and gloves and even wiped down the side windows and everything in between.

I had another soft reminder when I got a rock crack on the top of my Tesla that I ignored and it became very long resulting in top glass had to be replaced. So I figured I better take care of my rock crack that was still small on my front windshield to avoid a total replacement.
Contacted Frank at Primer, sent a picture of the crack, set up an appointment, they came out with masks on, fixed crack, left me with a smile.
Excellent customer service and the fixed was covered by AAA.

I had to replace my Car Windshield and had called Primer Auto Glass for help. Frank was amazing in terms of explaining how much it would cost and the technicians from Primer Auto glass did a great job in under 30 min. Highly recommend this place for windshield and rear window replacement for Tesla's. Most places do not have these windows in their inventory but these guys do! Trust me - most places quoted me weeks to several months to have these windows available. Also they have a good turnaround time. I was able to get the work scheduled and fixed within two business days whereas other places again told me to wait weeks to months. They are also a preferred shop with USAA. Chris and Mike called me throughout the day so I knew what time to expect them and they finished the work in forty minutes. Still shocked

My glass was particularly difficult to replace because Tesla 2014 sunroof glass has to be manufactured by Tesla and apparently placed originally via robot. Long story short, it was a 9 month long ordeal, but Primer Auto Glass kept working on it and it’s perfect now. Shoutout to Chris who made it right!!!

I took car to a couple of Lexus service stations, they were advising some unknown glass repair shops, and I decided to research on my own.
I fortunately got Premier Auto Glass and went through many outstanding reviews and was wondering how they are, I gave them a call. Frank who talked to me, concluded the plan of action in the same call after carefully analyzing, and fixed up an appointment. He was on time and reassured

Primer Auto Glass is the only place to go for any window repairs. They really are quality service you can trust.
The back window of my SUV shattered and I called are a couple of places to get a quote on the cost. I feel blessed to have found Primer Glass. Not only were they the most reasonably priced but they were also able to come out and do the repairs the fastest. They came out the very next morning to fix it. Once the repair was done they even vacuumed the SUV and cleaned the area on the ground. Charles was friendly, professional, and prompt.

Had the pleasure of having Frank with Primer auto glass come out to my work place and replace the wind shield today. Never expected to be Wow'd ! Not only did he do a great job as far as workmanship, he cleaned all my windows inside and out, vacuumed, and left an air freshener! I will definitely use this company again.
