Things worked out well in the end, or I would have given 2 or 3 stars.
The car that I drive was broken into on Thursday (12/30).
Nothing was taken, but 2021 still ended on a very sour note for me.
(I'm pretty observant, and the second police officer that I talked to gave me a funny look because he didn't expect me to be so talkative.)
My wife called Auto Glass Force on Friday.
The guy that she spoke to was friendly.
He also quoted a price of $155 (the vent window on the passenger side had to be replaced).
Sadly, the guy basically lied to my wife (we learned later that an employee

I had my Tesla Model 3 broken into it back in October and Auto Glass Force was the first company to actually carry the quarter panel piece I needed (other shops required a 2+ week wait) so naturally I went with them.
The first guy they sent out to me who came to look at my car helped me "clean out the glass" from my car but ended up leaving it everywhere on my driveway. They also scratched the paint on my car. On top of this - they actually didn't even bring the correct piece to install so I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to deliver the correct quarter panel piece.

The technician installed the glass on my vehicle, I noticed that he had not put the glass correctly as the whole job looked very unprofessional overall, not to mention that he left a lot of glass inside my car which could have put my kid in danger if I did not clean it myself, and i did call Auto Glass Force to inform

Critical: Professionalism
I highly don’t recommend this place due to short temper of the owner. He thinks he’s the only one who got affected by pandemic FYI everyone is! His pricing is very tricky in other words unstable pricing. Stay away and find a better place to deal your tint windows somewhere else. Good luck!

Front windshield for Prius replaced. Responded to bids within 45min and appointment same day.
Overall, i recommend. They were fast (45min in-n-out) and lowest price for in garage service
Decent waiting room, limited food options within walking distance.

Admittedly I have never been here. But I did inquire on a window replacement and got a quote. I have a small SUV and the right rear window was broken into. I sent a request through Yelp to over 15 companies. All came back between $165-250. This company quoted me $585 and said 'they have the lowest prices in town, guaranteed.'
I sent them a note that this amount is excessive and why, I feel, that the Bday area the cost to live here is so hyper inflated. Not this guy specifically, but the environment that says it's ok to charge people a ridiculous amount for coffee, to gas, to property

Great auto glass service!
Had our car window smashed in Chinatown by a thief the night before. Did a Yelp search the next morning, heard back from several auto glass businesses, and went with Auto Glass Force for their excellent reviews and competitive price. They had the correct replacement window in stock (even the car dealer said they would have to order it) and arrived right on schedule to do the work. The tech cleared out all the glass shards from the window frame, disassembled the door to remove the pieces inside, installed the new window, reassembled the door, tested the window with me

I wish I can post 2 reviews since they worked on 2 vehicles One was the 2006 Lexus front windshield and the other was the 2005 Audi A4 passenger side window was not rolling. They were quick and provided the BEST EVER service but ran into some difficulties on Audi A4 for some reason but they were very perseverant and getting windows fixed. Excellent communication and they treat their customer very well.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely satisfied with my windshield replacement. Alex was a pleasure to work with. They got me in as fast as possible considering they had to get the glass from another location. And they quoted me a great price! I definitely recommend them and will be going back for some window tinting in the near future!

Naj and his crew were friendly and did a great job on my truck. I was in an out in a very quick manner. The best part was they hand the windshield I needed in stock. Other places I called all said they would have to order it. The quality of repair was great, I would recommend anyone to use them. And for any of my auto glass repairs or tinting I will definitely be coming back.

Got my windshield replaced the other month. Contacted the company via Yelp for a quote and they responded SO quickly! I was able to get a quote and set up an appointment in a matter of minutes and best of all - the appointment was for the next day.
I have an Intoxilock system installed in my car and they were able to work around it no problem. Really great customer service!

They were really fast and did a great job... They gave me a range of 9A-11A and showed up at 9:01A. The whole process took less than 20 minutes for a rear quarter window right in my driveway! And they came in at the exact same price as 2 other shops that I would have had to actually go to! Although I hope to not have to use them again, I will gladly do so... Thanks guys!

These folks came in the with the lowest bid for a windshield replacement but I was quickly reminded that you pay for what you get. They installed an aftermarket windshield from Benson. Once it was done I got in the car and everything looked distorted and the lines on the road were wavy. I called back and they said they would replace it with a warranty. So they come back and the installer asked what the problem was. I re explained the issue and he just walked away
