For the protection our most vulnerable patients, we are allowing one patient in the office at any given time. Masks are required for all patients over age 2. Please call the office from your car on arrival and wait for us to let you know when it is safe to enter. These steps are necessary to allow for sufficient time for proper disinfecting between patients and to avoid close contact between patients.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. Primary Care Physicians of Stow is the solo family medicine practice of Pennie Marchetti, MD. We are a traditional family medicine practice offering medical care for patients of all ages. New patients are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling the office and speaking to the receptionist.
Services
Office visit charges are determined by the type of patient (new or established) and the type of visit. There are two categories of visits - routine and preventive. A routine visit includes such things as a visit for a specific problem or to monitor chronic illnesses and medications. An appointment for fatigue, for example, is a routine visit.
Direct Primary Care is a model of health care delivery that removes the middle man from between the patient and the doctor. Instead of paying copays and deductibles to see your primary care physician, you pay one flat monthly fee, like you would for a gym membership. Most of us have grown accustomed to using insurance to pay for all of our healthcare, even routine visits for primary care.

I asked for a refill between my required 6 month visits for my emergency anxiety meds. I told her I was having panic attacks and needed help. This was the first 30 pill refill request in several months. I was told she couldn’t help without yet another office visit. I sent her a message during a panic attack and was accused of writing “ nasty notes” and told not to come back. I was “ dismissed as a patient “. Apparently this is common according to her health grades and my insurance network review.

I have been a patient for four years and Dr. MarchettI has always been an excellent physician. If you want an old fashioned doctor who treats you and doesn't take pharmaceutical hand outs, this is the place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marchetti's for almost 2 years. My experiences were OK until my recent case of pneumonia 3 weeks ago. I have never had pneumonia, bronchitis, etc so I of course went to my doctor for a diagnosis and treatment. I took the recommended medications and it has been 3 weeks now. According to my new doctor as of today, the medication Dr. Marchetti gave me would not treat an infant's case of pneumonia. I was given 2 steroids and an inhaler because I now have reactive airway disease thanks to my UNTREATED case of pneumonia. I spent over $330 in prescriptions, copays, and 4 days
