I had never went to this facility before and I was treated well and I had eventually met with a Dr Lavender and she was polite and thorough and pleasant enough. She explained everything to me that I had a very severe UTI, gave me a prescription that was immediately sent to my pharmacist, and it began working as soon as I started taking it. I had no problems and was glad I had chosen to go to this facility.

Useless! I walked in with my son having a medical emergency and they scoffed at me that I was in the wrong place. I need an emergency room not an urgent care and there is a big difference between the two and how dare I not know that. We rarely go to the doctors or have medical emergencies. I got anxious and was accused of being angry. They don’t know what they’re doing. Awful customer service. You’d be better off literally anywhere else.

Very rude front desk ladies. will never come here again. i couldn’t even get my care because i was uncomfortable by the hostile environment i was in. If you work any where in customer service ESPECIALLY in the medical field you should at the very least have manners. horrible staff you should do better with the people you hire

Stopped in to have my child seen. Took 30 mins to "register" at which time we were told a 2.5 hr wait to be seen and told to go to Jackson location as there was no wait at all. She insisted we go due to child's young age.
Arrived at Jackson location, waited 65 mins to check in, then another 45 to see doctor. During that time, 4 people that came after us were checked, seen, and discharged!
Absolutely unacceptable in all accounts. Aultman should be ashamed at its so called "service". Especially when a toddler is involved, how can you ask a toddler to be patient for over 2 hours sitting in an office

I went here to the Aultman Now for a COVID-19 test on Thursday (September 2, 2021) at approximately 11:10. As I walked in, a man (heavyset and with longer hair) working at the receptionist window said there will be a long wait without giving me a time estimate. He then told me to sign in on the tablet across from the window with NO further explanation. Later, I thought I heard my name called and that same person said Wyatt. I told him sorry as he just either looked at me and/or just didn't acknowledge me. I was not impressed with him. I did overhear at least 1 person say that they have been waiting

I had an ultrasound today and forgot my paperwork from my doctor’s office. My ultrasound tech, Rachel, went above and beyond and called the office to have the paperwork faxed over so I wouldn’t have to reschedule. She was kind and patient during the procedure, ensuring that I knew what was happening and that I was comfortable the entire time.

I recently got blood work done on Monday April
26th 2021. I waited an hour to get blood drawn from what I thought was an experienced nurse doing her everyday thing. Well it pinched bad and it hurt the entire time she drew blood from my arm. She asked me if I took blood thinners! I said NO.... well I went home to take the gauze off to find a bubble of blood and bruised.... this absolutely is not acceptable.... if these nurses are not qualified to do the work properly then why keep them on oh and I said I was starving this was 12:45 which I fasted all morning and she then said to me she was hungry
