Our Lady of Perpetual Help is a not-for-profit senior care community sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help is a nonprofit and nondenominational senior living community, proudly sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond-one of the oldest dioceses in the country. Our membership includes 220,000 active Catholics from over 60 percent of the Commonwealth of Virginia, including the Eastern Shore and spanning the entire southern portion of the state.
Marian Manor, the local sister community of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, is located only 3.5 miles from our community. Together, we are able to offer a continuum of care that ranges from independent living and assisted living at Marian Manor to extensive assisted living, nursing care and specialized memory care (in the Christopher Center) at Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
Coordinated Services Management, Inc. (CSM) is a Virginia owned and operated property management firm headquartered in Roanoke. The firm's two founding principals, Robert and Mary Elyn McNichols, lead a team of dedicated directors and managers who share their mission to enhance the lives of seniors.

This community is warm and welcoming. Their associates have always greeted me with a smile and are warm and friendly on each encounter. I’ve visited often for many events at this community and I always love to come back. The team here is knowledgeable and always willing to assist with resources. There are many programs and activities for the residents and the food is fantastic.
