Joseph then went the extra mile and delivered my mattress and box to my house right after he closed up shop.

Just bought a mattress from here the owner waited for me to close my shop after he was closed and stayed nearly an hour after untill i walked out with a deal i could not be happier with. Check this place out before you go anywhere else in chicago best in town service and products. I forgot to mention this is the second time i bought from him you cant miss you cant go wrong here. Honest friendly high customer satisfaction here.

I have purchased 2 mattresses from here already. I am very happy with both purchases and will continue to shop here in the future. The owner, Joseph Cho, is very friendly and knowledgable. His prices are good and he is quick to deliver them to your door himself (usually same day). I would recommend checking here before purchasing elsewhere.

This little warehouse and storefront make buying a mattress AFFORDABLE! I first saw their ad in craigslist and drove to their address near the airport. The inside was clean and comfortable, with an office in front and mattresses in the back. My wife and I wanted to try out firm and extra-firm mattresses, so Joseph, the proprietor, took us in back and moved mattresses around so that we could lie on a variety of brands and choose the one we liked.
We liked the Beautyrest Black Calista model, with a list price of $2200! But these folks buy closeouts, slightly edge-soiled and otherwise imperfect mattresses

I found alpha through yelp. I decided to check it out based on the the previous reviews. I was in the market for a queen mattress. Jo was great, he knows his mattress knowledge. I tried several mattresses out before picking the one I now have at home. He gave me a great price and was very easy to work with! I highly suggest checking this place out! I don't typically write reviews but Joseph is exceptional! He worked with me to find a mattress I was comfortable with, he gave me a great price, delivered it that evening and went well out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the set. I got a really beautiful, high end Tempur-Pedic mattress and foundation that lists for $4,500 for about 65 percent off . It was in excellent condition, very clean, new, and wrapped in plastic. The owner, Joseph, brought out his iPad so I could check the MSRP and read up on the mattress on the web before I made my purchase. He was super nice, very professional, and he delivered the bed to my home that evening. The store is in a little business park/strip mall place, not huge, but plenty of inventory to choose from. I couldn't be happier.

My partner and I have been wanting a new bed forever, but knew we could find a better deal that what bedding experts was giving us. We drove out to Alpha in rush hour traffic and it was SO WORTH IT. We bought a King Size Stearns & Foster G.S. Series Luxury Plush Pillow Top Mattress, with box spring, bed, frame and delivery for under a grand. The bed retails for about 3,500!!! Joseph was nice, helpful, and delivered and hour later. This bed is the answer to my dreams!
