I highly recommend Mattress Overstock. Jim was my salesman and I learned a lot and also enjoyed talking to him. It was nice to have a conversation instead of being put into some kind of pressured situation. Shopping here was a very easy and enjoyable experience.
There was a hiccup in the process of receiving my perfect mattress and bed base set up. Jim helped far above and beyond. The experience of how the issue was resolved was amazing. I've been shown true integrity and care by the employees of Mattress Overstock.

Look no further for all your mattress needs! Jim and Rick are the most pleasant people to work with. They are very knowledgeable about their products and never pressure anyone to buy. They keep their store clean which is always nice to walk into. We have bought from them multiple times and refer all our family and friends to them. They treat each of their customers like their own family. The products they sell are high end, and the quality is something that's hard to find at other stores. I would love to give 5 stars but I just can't. LAST MAY 2021 I purchased a mattress and adjusting bed frame for my 90 year old other. The bedframe we purchased would not fit on her existing headboard. So for $40.00 more they would order brackets to fit and would come back to install. Well it is now December 29th. 7 Mos. Later and no brackets. I have made numerous phonecalls andI have been told thebrackets are being delayed or they have been shipped. Well my mother is now 91 and her health has deteriorated and may not be back in her own bed. All I wanted was a refund for the brackets and some phone

Experience at the store was great. I purchased the midway king size mattress and lasted two years. Recently started giving us back pain, so time to change. I tried to google Midway to leave the product a 2 star review directly, but seems like it is made just for them. Product was good for about a year and a half only.

This was a great place locally owned and operated. Jim was great, he wasn't pushy and had great knowledge to share. If you have heard an advertisement on a podcast id recommend going in and talking to Jim first. He can tell you about the online mattress "saving you money" angle and get you a high quality mattress for less than the online stores Leesa, Casper ect.

This is the second time in a year we have visited Mattress Overstock, and made a purchase. Rick has been great to talk to & work with. We needed a replacement mattress for our main bed. He showed us many varieties what we were looking for & prices. We bought one and were very happy! So when we needed a bed for a second bedroom, he again showed us a choice of beds. We bought a full Austin ET and were very happy! This was an easy choice to go back and talk with Rick. Delivery was on time, with two nice gentlemen, and when promised. Thanks again!

From the moment my family & I walked in and started working with Jim Becker, it was the best customer service I have ever received. He was friendly, personable, experienced, and wasn't just trying to get me in and out. He helped find the perfect king size mattress for an extremely good price. After leaving the store that day, Jim was also very easy to get in touch with and was always responsive. On top of it, his delivery service went extremely smoothly. From the minute my wife and I entered the store, we were greeted by Rick in a very friendly and professional manner. I was extremely happy to realize he was there to actually assist our needs and questions WITHOUT pushing for a sale, or trying to up-sell us, as we browsed their showroom. Rick took the time to show us around to recommendations from all spectrums on price and quality, and as we began to make a decision on what felt right for us, he showed us all the available options they had for the firmness we agreed on. Recently bought a mattress and I couldn't be happier. Price was great and the owner helped us out personally and was very professional. Didn't feel like I was bring pressured to buy his most expensive beds was given multiple options in all price ranges unlike other stores I had visited. Would 100% buy all my mattresses from him in future.
