I ordered a pinata for my son's birthday, when the party was around the corner and the pinata had not yet shipped I called to cancel my order. I was told there would be no problem in cancelling order & I would receive a refund. An entire month after ordering the pinata I received a shipment notification that the pinata was on it's way. I immediately emailed the customer support email provided informing the company that I had previously cancelled the order and did not want the pinata. No response. I ordered and received the wedding cake pinata for a bridal party to be help in Port Aransas, Texas, the end of September 2017. Unfortunately, Hurricane Harvey devasted the entire town prior to the party. The Bride had to cancel the party due to heavy damage to the house where the party was going to be and many invited guests dealing with damage to their homes and businesses. I called Pinatas.com to ask if due to these circumstances I could please return the pinata which was not a special order and in perfect, unused condition. I was rudely told no and their No Return policy was on their website

Ordered a custom "SONIC the HEDGEHOG". Thought the price was a little high but I figured a custom Pinata would cost a bit more. Very little communication from the seller. The final product was fairly shabby. Broke at the neck when hit and the body full of candy remained intact after it hit the floor. I don't believe I will order another from these folks.
