This year alone, 2.5 million children experiencing homelessness might miss out on a birthday celebration. We've made it our mission to change that. At The Birthday Party Project, we believe every child deserves to feel special - especially on their birthday. Birthdays matter because people matter. Our mission is to acknowledge the life, dreams, and birthday wishes of children who wouldn't otherwise be celebrated.
With a little bit of magic, and a whole lot of sprinkles, we want all kids to know one thing: they are worth celebrating. Anyone can be a Birthday Enthusiast! With your support, we can champion the lives of our youngest neighbors. We can help kids make birthday wishes over lit candles and sing "Happy Birthday" loud and proud!

Services
Bringing JOY to children experiencing homelessness through the MAGIC of a birthday celebration. Today, more than 2.5 million children are living in shelter in the United States. For some, the rising cost of rent has forced their family out of their home. For others, a sudden family illness has been the difference in paying rent and providing care for a loved one.
Donate to get the party started! Your support means memorable birthday parties and JOYful celebrations through our Birthday in a Bag initiative. Our hope is each child experiencing homelessness would be not only remembered on their birthday, but celebrated for the person they're becoming. Grab your party shoes and join in on the fun!
At The Birthday Party Project, we know every child wants to feel seen, special and celebrated on their birthday. In times of crisis and transition, when funds are tight and the future is uncertain there's one thing we want each child to know: they are worth celebrating. We are still celebrating kids experiencing homelessness through our Birthday in a Bag initiative.
