HORRIBLE! We were not served one time after we were sat at a table in the restaurant. We had to go to the bar to order, get refills, to-go boxes….everything. Once we pointed it out to the manager nothing was done about it! It’s so disappointing that you spend money to have a good time & yet you can’t enjoy it to fullest experience. Do better Pinstack!

Came with my family of 15 was told the bowling wait was 40 minutes.... The restaurant part was empty so we thought we would go have dinner there while we waited. Was told by a nice gentleman manger that we would have to separate our party becuz of Covid.... Which was fine totally understandable.
Five minutes later a blond lady comes out of her office and tells use that the empty restaurant could not helps us becuz she didn't have enough waiters. She said they could only wait on 10 people. Next waiter didn't come in until 5 which was thirty minutes so she couldn't even seat us down

So... humoring a friend on her birthday, I'm bowling abysmally per usual and I am so lucky to find my respite at the bar in the form of Kado - she does her job like she owns some stock in the place. I love it when people are nice to me, I'm one of those ditzy customers that requires a lil extra coddling. I know it's annoying. And so I notice when people make me feel cool.

Went on Wednesday night with my sister and dad, and had so much fun. The blonde guy (didn’t catch his name) checking in for the bowling alley was really nice and thankful for everything he does. Will be definitely returning again someday soon.

Food was incredible and staff was even better. Games in the arcade are the best I have seen. You need to go to this place with your family. You will not regret it!

Seemed great at first with the private lane but wait staff was very slow on checking for refills or more stuff to order. I think we would of spent at least another 100 or more. Also the lanes are so dark you cannot see the aiming arrows.

We went to a birthday party and it was lots of fun, I don’t give them 5 stars because the pizzas from the party didn’t were on time and we need to wait for about 30 minutes. However the place is nice and there are a lot of activities for kids and adults.

Pinstack Austin is a big new entertainment venues with bowling and arcade games. I went for a trivia night which is hosted in their great enclosed patio area (that can be opened for hot days). They have a good setup and it is a fun place. The food, however wasn't the best. The brisket nachos were really good and I liked the queso. The pizza was not bad but the Nashville chicken sandwich was not good. Some of the drinks were a little heavy on the grenadine but the frozen Jack and Coke was good.

Came here via recommendation, we usually go to Dave n Busters or Punchbowl
It looks a little impressive, a little more adulty, but it lacked a lot.

Our fiesta platter of tacos, nachos were cold, brisket was ground beef and it was just not tasty at all. And cold, again. No one was dining except one table.
Short staffed, i know. But, three cooks and cold food...
The server was the event manager i overheard. She was fantastic, fast, friendly and courteous. I give her 5 stars

The main reason for this review is that NO one was cleaning the machines and games the entire time. Not a soul.
The restroom

I have visited this location 3 consecutive days in a row and the bar service has been getting worst on each trip., by the end of the week I will probably have to get my own order. The staff just walk by and don't ask if you have been helped or anything. I would think if you are sitting at the bar with no glass and or plates in front of you then assistance might be in order.
Alex came and ask if I had been helped after I had been sitting for approximately 20 minutes. He was very helpful afterwards. I don't think it was his area, however there were several others that walked by and looked in my

I was so surprised at the quality of service and food. I thought it was a typical bowling ally with greasy food. Nope. Super nice and yummy. Impressed.
ThNks to the bumper car guy who let our team start again when a cell phone when flying lol. Great vibe.

I recently hosted an event here for about 40 people and we had an absolute blast. The food was great and the service was amazing. We started with bowling and then laser tag and then gaming. The bar service and the hostess Tiffany,made us feel right at home. Everyone was having so much fun and I have received so many compliments about the event that I will most certainly be doing it again. The facility is clean and modern and the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome. Great facility and impeccable service. Come here for fun and definitely recommend for large group events! I'm sad I am having to even write this review because I honestly have enjoyed myself every time that I have been. I like this place so much that I tried to make a reservation for my boyfriend's birthday. I saw on the website that reservations had to be made online Friday through Sunday. I attempted to make the reservation and it the website would not allow me. The following day I called to make the reservations and was told by an employee that I needed to come in and make the reservation if it would be 10 people or more. Today I drove 30 minutes to come in a make a reservation I have

Luis at the bowling bar was the most responsive bartender I have had since this pandemic - he was on top of our drinks and also even took over the bowling ppl position in my opinion, whoever may reads this needs to know you need to hire more people like him who understand how to interact with guest and enjoy talking to them!!

Had our 2021 Holiday Team Outing and everything was great. Got a Spare package for us which was more than enough with plenty of food. Will definitely use them again for future team events.

It’s a nice place to go for family fun, friend hang out, or a date. Last time I was here my group sprung for the VIP/private lanes which are almost double of a regular lane and I was very disappointed. It’s advertised as private but it’s just the same as the regular lanes, you share a table area with another party, you just have to walk through the side door. The food here is what you expect for a bowling alley but not to expensive.

Called in to see if I have to reserve a lane or I can walk in to get a lane with no waiting.. I was told there was very minimal waiting… I was made to wait 2.5 hours to get a lane… when spoke with the person in charge of bowling …she was not at all accommodating and suggested to go to different place.

Worst bowling experience ever. Don't waste your time or money. I WATED $120 for a terrible experience. Go to your local bowling alley. This one is not worth the money.

1. Waited 30 minutes just for a waitress at our lane. Asked 3 different people for a waiter.
2. 90 minutes for food.
3. Service was worse than #1 & #2.

TERRIBLE!!!!!

My family and I booked online and reserved two lanes for Mother's Day. Our whole event and mood was kinda spoiled when we arrived and realized we paid the price of a VIP room but did not received a VIP lane. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE!!! They charge you DOUBLE for booking online and prepaying. The girl at the desk told us if we would have called to make the reservation the price would've been the same as walking in the door. This place is nothing more than Main event you might as well just go there. Very poor experience and we will not be going back.

This is one of those places that you hate giving a good review about because you don't want everyone finding your hidden gem and as a result get too busy. But they deserve a great review for these reasons:
1. Friendliness - I love the employees and management here, they are kind, and customer focused.
2. Great games and activities - not only do they have great arcade games, they have VR, rock climbing, a rope course, laser tag, bumper cars and bowling
3. Food - their food is actually pretty good for a place like this.
4. Cleanliness - this is probably because it's new, but even so

I am very disappointed in the lack of Covid-19 procedures followed by this place. Our family came to bowl for my parents 38 yr anniversary. The sign on each lane specifically says leave all balls and shoes on the lane when finished. Team members DISINFECT BALLS AND SHOES AFTER EVERY GAME. Once we left our lane, no ball was disinfected by anyone and the lane wasn't wiped. We then approached supervisor Caitlin about it. She proceeded to look at the sign as if she didn't know that was the policy and said "okay I get what you're saying" and proceeded to not disinfect anything

I wanted to review the restaurant called King Pin but that didn't come up in my search. The restaurant within Pinstack is delicious! We had the Honey Bee pizza and it was really good. I cannot believe putting honey on pizza would turn out so well. I also had the specialty drink Painkiller and it was pineapple coconut rum delicious and was pretty strong! We played video games afterwards and did some laser tag. Nice family outing!

The only thing this place has going for itself is the service. The lanes constantly broke and the food was awful. The pizza must of been microwaved because it was soggy.

If they could just add better ingredients or completely upgrade their menu with real food this place would nice to visit.

Came here I think 2 days after they first opened in here in Austin, and they were still putting up things, fixing electrical etc etc. We were one of the first people through the door for a rare afternoon day date.

It was super clean being opened only 2 days so 5 stars for cleanliness. We got seated quickly and were treated great by our server. I will say the food was pretty good, the fried mac and cheese balls were the favorites for us. The fried pickles were good but kinda soggy not enough crunch to it. We got the big appetizer platter and it gave us a good idea of what the food was like and

Aside from the initial lack of product knowledge, the new employees did okay. Product familiarization will come with time as long as management continues to train and develop them as well as update them with current events and promotions. They knew little and guessed much. Most of them seemed very young; high school aged so they just needed additional leadership and guidance from management. I am able to let that slide for a soft open.

Restroom. The men's room was not clean despite the over abundance of personnel on-hand at the front counter during the soft open. Hopefully that was just
