Everyone at zoom loans was extremely helpful and polite. With this being my first home I had a lot of questions. Someone was always able to respond in a timely manner. Overall everything went as smooth as can be. Nathaniel at zoom made the process a breeze. Basically upload your documents and they handle the rest.
