My experience in fitness began 10 years ago with my own struggle to lead a healthy lifestyle and an unhealthy weight gain of 50 pounds! The process to begin an active lifestyle wasn't easy but I kept at it, and before I knew it, I was hooked!
I became active on a daily basis and my personal fitness had become my highest priority. In time I noticed the positive effects of fitness in ALL other areas of my life; my professional, family, and personal life all began to flourish! Originally from the Bay Area, I returned home in 2013 to finish my degree and be with my family.

I have worked with Anastasia since before covid began, and then through it as rules allowed. She always has a positive attitude and arrives organized and ready to go no matter the location. Anastasia changed my life. I explained the multiple surgeries I had recently and she really listened and took her time with me. Slowly but surely we worked together, and soon I was doing push-ups! I couldn’t even do push-ups before my surgeries. I cannot recommend Anabody Fitness enough. Anastasia takes her work seriously, helps motivate without judging, and is incredibly supportive. I will be working with her for years to come :)

I have never left a Yelp review before, but Ana is special, so here goes! After years of procrastination, I finally decided to bite the bullet and find a personal trainer. After a long search, I ultimately found Ana and she has been transformative for me. She is super knowledgable about physiology and body mechanics, and has an eye for safety, which helps me understand and trust our work outs. I can’t recommend Anastasia enough! During COVID-19 I was looking towards toning my body more. And I was lucky enough to find Anastasia. She teaches in the park which is always convinent and assuring with covid-19 still present. She is able to provide a variety of exercises during every session and her service is always accommodating to those with busy schedules.

I have been working out with Ana for almost 6 months now and it has been great! I had never done any strength training before and I saw a huge difference in my balance, posture and stamina since I started with Ana. I have usually not been very motivated about working out and Ana changed that too. She made me really enjoy the workouts - something I never expected to happen.
She is also very punctual, never cancels a class and makes a big effort to make sure you stay on track and don't miss sessions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer!

I worked out with Ana to get motivated again. She is an excellent trainer (I have not had one before). She kept the workouts interesting and varied and I saw definite progress with my goals. She listened carefully and is knowledgable about exercise science. When I came to a session with a small injury (that I got somewhere else) she made adjustments to the plan that didn't aggravate me but kept me on track. She is a pleasure to chat with as well. I started fairly fit but I think she would be helpful for a person at any stage of their exercise journey.

I've been working with Ana since October 2020. I was not moving enough and gaining weight from being sedentary during lockdown. Pre-COVID, I was active but not really exercising. I hired Ana to help me and my teen daughter learn how to exercise in our backyard. Ana taught us how to circuit train with weights, resistance bands and a stability ball, all while socially distanced (Ana wears a mask and disinfects all her equipment after each use). I've been working with Anastasia for a couple months - in home training at my gym - and she is truly a fantastic trainer. To be honest, this is the first time I've worked with a female personal trainer, and I was truly a little skeptical - but she went above and beyond my expectations.

My job can be very stressful & I had allowed myself to get really out of shape. I decided I wanted to find a personal trainer who would not only motivate me but to push me to put myself first, instead of always saying to myself "I will work out tomorrow...I will eat better tomorrow...".

ANASTASIA IS GREAT! I am training with her for a while and my experience has been outstanding. I have come a long way since I first started and I can see the transformation not only with my physical but also my mental health. Training with Ana has helped me build stamina and strength. She is very focused and driven.

Anastasia is a terrific fitness coach. She is knowledgeable, patient, and always prepared. She treats every client as her most important client, and pays respectful attention to what you tell her, whether exercise-related or not. She remembers the names of my children and pets, what TV shows I have prattled on about during sessions, and what memories of the olden days I have shared (I am an "over 65"). I feel like she is a friend as well as an excellent trainer. She pushes me to my limits but not beyond them. I recommend her highly.

Ana is an amazing PT! She will push you to your limits but in a supportive and kind way (not at all intimidating). She is very skilled and knowledgeable and listens - she has tailored my program exactly to suit my needs. I can honestly say that my life has changed for the better since she became my PT!
