Inspired by Tom's founder, Blake Mycoskie, Loans by Suzette initiated a "One for One, Loan for Loan" program where for each loan funded, a micro loan is made on behalf of their clients to Kiva.org. Currently, Loans by Suzette has loaned to 35 countries and a variety of industries. Whenever possible, LBS matches the family size and type of the client with the recipient's industry and family compositiion.

I was almost hesitant to write this review, as I would have loved for Loans by Suzette to remain a little secret for the few privileged, but at the same time my experience with them was so amazing, that the world needs to know about it.

This is my second loan with Suzette. If you dig far enough down in these reviews, you will find my first. I basically had the same excellent experience with her. This loan was far less complex than my first, but the competence and efficiency were no different. Suzette is a total pro. She is efficient and knows exactly what to do and when. My advice: Have all your documents in order and get them to her the same day she asks. If you do that, she can do her job. Last thought, Suzette smartly managed the rate lock process and locked in a great rate with an excellent cost/fee structure. I have

Had it not been for Suzette, I wouldn't have been able to even prevail in my offer, let alone close escrow. She delivered the knockout blow to the sales agent and because of her, they didn't consider any other offer during the hottest seller's market in recent years.
We closed on time and with a lower interest rate than promised. She's also very personable and easy to talk to. Onward and upward, Suzette! Thank you.

Suzette is who you want on your team! She was referred to me from a friend/colleague who swore by her b/c she helped through thick and thin to get her a huge loan. Suzette is an AMAZING professional. She was able to secure a loan for me with my complicated financial situation. She worked very hard and was so responsive - always calling me back and always pushing for my best interest. I highly recommend her expertise and network of lenders to secure a mortgage loan. I recently was referred to Suzette by my accountant who thought she would be able to obtain a better loan than the one that was offered to me by my current mortgage broker. Customer service -what's that ? Well that's what I experienced through my whole process. LBS is extremely knowledgeable and educated me about the products available out there. Suzette is amazing!! She navigated me elegantly through the "minefield" of the home loan process, alternating with aplomb between a highly proficient and efficient mortgage loan broker and a psychotherapist! She was totally on top of the process, kept me at ease, and new exactly what was needed in order to get me a fantastic jumbo loan for a home in Laguna Beach.
