Cloud 9 MedSpa was established in 2018 by Nick Greathouse BSN, RN. Having worked in Neurology, Nick took special interest in migraine treatment with the use of Botulinum Toxin (Botox Cosmetic, Xeomin, Dysport) as many of the patients he worked with were unable to control their migraines with standard pharmaceutical agents.
These resources are for patients to use before and after their treatments. Follow the directions carefully to ensure the best possible results - otherwise there can be an interference with the treatment area. If you have any questions, please contact our clinic directly. As always, patients should wear sunscreen with a minimum SPF 20 every day with regular reapplication.

I cannot recommend them since I got very conflicting information and wasted a lot of time waiting for an appointment only to be turned away. The clinic advertised botox treatment for TMJ and migraines. I walked in and was told they could treat me. Left and called back to verify again they could treat me before making an appointment. Was told they cannot do Botox for my entire treatment area and I explained I only needed less than 3 spots treated. I was told they could do that. Once I arrived I was taken back, talked with the person and was told they cannot do that, they wanted to treat more extensively

This past February I had my first treatment at Cloud 9 Med Spa. Nick had an opening on my birthday so I quickly filled the spot for lip injections. I was very nervous because I am not good with needles (nurses use needles for toddlers on me when I need blood work). The day of my appointment, before even starting any treatment, Nick thoroughly went through everything. Once I chose my filler, we started the procedure. This is my first Botox experience ever and everyone there made me feel comfortable. Everyone was just amazing and friendly! The girls in the front are just too sweet! CLOUD 9 MED SPA IS #1 ! I’m so glad I found a local injector instead of driving all the way to Scottsdale. Nicolas greathouse is truly the best most knowledgeable nurse I have came across. His main priority is patient education and I never felt so safe and secure having someone stick a needle in my lips/face . I felt very comfortable with him along with the other stuff. Everyone is so nice and generous. 10/10 recommend and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. They provide options I have not seen in another med spas, they truly care about your comfort .
