Our Inspection Program is unique, we're inspecting 1200-1400+ items, systems, method and conditions. A typical inspection will take 2-3 hours, your attendance is strongly encouraged.

Jim inspected two properties for my wife and I during the process of us purchasing our first home. He was very thorough and took his time to explain everything as we walked through the homes. He provided recommendations for some minor work that would need to be done, and gave good advice for upcoming expenses regarding maintenance on the home. He loves the work that he does, which is evident through the whole process. He is genuine and tailors the inspection process to the individual, which we really appreciated. Jim is fantastic. When we arrived at the property to be inspected he was already there, very prepared having already taken a brief look around the exterior of the house and we were able to jump right in. Jim made the inspection experience as a first time homebuyer reassuring and educational. He was very thorough and offered tips (esp. maintenance, safety and general upkeep tips) and great detail about everything he sees. I'm grateful for his attention to detail and will always refer others to Cornish Home Inspections.

I am a repeat customer of Cornish Home Inspections. Two of my homes were inspected by Jim. He is in my opinion the best and most knowledgeable home inspector I have ever dealt with. Other inspectors will do the minimum required of an inspector, but not Jim. He includes you in the process and makes sure you understand the issues and items he finds. Bring your questions about your furnace or water heater, because Jim has the answers. He gives you tips on how to make you house systems run better and last longer. The report he gave me I used for over a year after the inspection was completed. What

Jim is awesome! Showed up on time and took his time inspecting the outside of the house and garage, even during pouring rain. Very thorough throughout the entire inspection. Took his time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. Made sure to let us know what “normal problems” the house had and what were the real issues that needed to be fixed! Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
