It would not be practical or cost-effective to hire a plumber, an electrician, a roofer, a heating/cooling expert, a structural engineer, etc. to inspect the various systems and components of the home you are interested in purchasing. For a fraction of the cost of hiring all of those experts, one of our certified home inspectors will perform an inspection of every major system and component of the house.
Radon is a radioactive gas that you can't see, touch, taste, or smell. It comes from the natural breakdown of Uranium in rock, soil, and water and gets into the air we breathe. Radon is a Group A Carcinogen as classified by the EPA and is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer (after cigarette smoking) in the U.S. at approximately 20,000 deaths per year (EPA estimate).

MD Home Inspection showed up and 'Got To Work'. Their team was a few minutes ahead of schedule (love that!) and started giving me feedback as soon as I arrived. They conducted a thorough review at a very reasonable price.
I had my inspection report that night, and this was no scribbled work note! My full report had all the pictures of what was wrong (and a few right) room by room. The report included what must be fixed, what we might want to fix, and what might break in the next few years.
