The sales representatives that assisted me were very respectful, efficient, professional and pleasant. I did'nt wait long to get help as I entered the store I was greeted pleasantly, and the sales representative asked if I needed assistance.Their knowledge of each product is very excellent. I received all the products I went to buy. I was given a demonstration of the sewing machine I purchased. I had a very good experience shopping at Above and Beyond Creative Sewing.

She was very pleasant on the phone, took the order, and it went out right away. I just received the shipment and it was perfect. I stopped in here yesterday on a whim after a work call in the area. I'm so glad I did. This is the first, true sewing machine showroom floor I've seen, unlike any of the fabric shops. Rows of top of the line machines and the salesman Albert was exceptional. He helped me find a FMQ foot for my 1952 Singer 301 that works perfect. I also picked up some beautiful glass head pins and my new favorite rotatary cutter which is all metal, so much better than the cheap plastic one I was using. I just wish I lived closer but I will definitely be back when I am in the area!

I am a sewer and quilter. I needed to upgrade from a very old machine that worked good but was a little wary of the new digital machines. The owner and his assistants gave me a lot of personal attention and helped me by giving me a great deal on a Pfaff machine I could afford. I fell in love with my machine and quickly became super skilled at using her. It’s a beautiful big store with two huge rooms. It’s completely new as they recently moved from a location near by. I have been doing business with Above and Beyond Creative Sewing for over twenty years, and still cannot be more pleased with their service, sales, repairs as well as their great classes. Their many products, whether machines, fabrics or notions, are incomparable and more than one would expect upon entering the store. Answers to any issues that I have had when using a new machine are always available and there has never been one that anyone in the store has been unable to explain fully...even over the phone. I cannot recommend Above and Beyond Creative Sewing highly enough!

I have found the personnel Albert, Ron,Chris and Kathy ,at Above and Beyond to be very knowledgeable .and innovative, When you enter the shop you are greeted by pleasant staff who are eager to assist you . I have attended classes here and found them to be very informative, and most importantly they are fun. The classes are well organized and the instructors are very well prepared .The goal always is to make the client׳s experience most enjoyable.
One on one classes are exceptional here . Diane Is a fabulous teacher ! She is enthusiastic, most proficient and makes her classes a joy to attend.

I traded in my serger for a new Bernina sewing machine and had such a great experience. I loved getting a demo of the machines I was interested in and then when I purchased one, I was able to try it out at home before taking the owners class. The one-on-one owners class was really helpful in getting questions answered and learning other tidbits about the machine. Everyone at the shop is welcoming, friendly, and patient - no question is silly.

Was having problems with a machine I'd had for several years, went into Above and Beyond and Ron, Chris and Al took good care of me. They were always patient and took time to explain various issues to me. I'm now quilting on a Baby Lock which is so fun, easy and user friendly. They offer classes to familiarize buyers with their new machines and are just a phone call away when I have a question. Their service contracts are excellent and keep the machines sewing in "good as new" condition over time. I am confident that they are trustworthy and they know their machines. This place is great! I have purchased 2 different sewing machines from Above & Beyond. Each time they provided owner's classes. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn how to use the various features of the machines. The teacher was extremely patient and willing to answer questions as they arose instead of waiting till the end. I have also taken classes here for machine embroidery. The class size is limited and the instructor circulates and clearly explains things. The entire staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful.
