Local Delivery: Usually we can deliver in-stock items within 1-3 days within our local delivery areas (King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties). We stock most items and usually we can schedule delivery for the next available delivery time. Sometimes we can even deliver the same day on in-stock items ordered before 2pm.

I had gotten a referral by my Chiropractor to check Quality Sleep out. He mentioned that Tom and Lee are not pressure salesmen and are primarily interested in finding the best mattress for the specific needs of costumer. This was exactly what we experienced with Lee. Enjoyed finding what we needed. I would highly recommend checking this store out. Good Luck...

My husband and I spent a few hours in this store looking for a new bet setup. We have had our current bed for over ten years and it was time! We had our kids with us and the owner set them up with a movie and a few things to help entertain them. Tom was very knowledgeable of the different options and what we may prefer based on our sleep habits. We were very happy with our experience and were glad to support a local business.

Excellent sales service, we worked with Lee and he was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. What really make the experience great for us was the delivery - it's all in-house (not a third party delivery service) and they were professional and painless - we had them do a more complicated than normal install (taking an old mattress out, moving a mattress from one room to another, switching box springs) and they knocked it out quickly and without damaging anything. Will be doing all our future mattress buying here.

From before we entered the store, Quality Sleep was already serving us by their informative blogs. There is a lot of specialized lingo in the mattress field. I thought I would need familiarity with it, but not so! The store personnel, Hannah explained things beautifully. We got in on a sale and saved some real money and have not regretted that as our backs are now happy. As for delivery, they were precisely on time and handled our bulky take-away mattress with finesse.

I ordered a bed frame from Ethan Allen and they didn't tell me, i needed a platform for my bed frame . i work right across from Quality mattress and asked if they could have it deliver the platform the same day . they were able to get me in for same day delivery.. After making the mistake of buying a mattress online without trying it first, we decided to risk it during the pandemic and try another one in person here. The store was clean and well maintained, and they provided good PPE for trying things out safely. The selection was great and we were able to find a great mattress for a great price! And they shipped it to us the next day!! Overall excellent experience.

Today I visited the Quality Sleep Mattress store today in Bellevue. The store manager, Lee, assisted me. He was very knowledgeable about their products as well as some competitor products. He helped me decide on the best mattress for our needs, and I felt well cared for. I look forward to our new mattress being delivered and having our old one hauled away. I think we will have a much better sleep experience once the new one arrives!
