I had the most pleasant experience this morning shopping for a new king mattress for my guest room. I went in at 10:30 am on a Saturday just as they opened and was greeted by three young gentlemen that determined my needs as they presented a couple of options at different price levels both of which were less than I expected. Extra bonus is they will deliver the same afternoon! Highly recommend.

I showed up with a must have today. Mr.Cody went out of his way to find just what I needed and at a price I could afford. To top the whole deal he made sure would not have to sleep on the floor again .

This is the place if you want a very good quality mattress. I just bought an aireloom California king and had it delivered yesterday. The guys that brought the bed and mattress and set it up in my bedroom were the nicest 2 guys you would ever want in your house. Young, Polite, and professional through the whole process. We purchased a tempur-pedic mattress from Cody in 2020 Feb, right before the pandemic. We used the mattress for just 1 night and my 4 month baby got rash all over his body, obviously he is allergy to the mattress. We went back to Cody's store and he is happy to find us an exchange.

The pandemic starts suddenly and we never got a change to go to Cody's store until Sep 2021. Cody has moved his store from WA to AZ, we called Cody and he remembers us! Cody and his team are indeed running a 5 star shop. We've been looking for a mattress for a few months now and settled on a Tempur-Pedic. Found the right model we wanted and went online searching for the best price.

I had a great experience with Mattress Warehouse. The mattress I had was 10+ years old and I had just begun my research for a replacement. My son is moving to Tempe and he and my husband bought him a bedroom set and mattress from Macy's.
We got the bedroom set delivered, BUT no mattress! Well we called Macy's and they informed us that the mattress was still in LA!
By chance they ended up here. What a blessing in disguise. They were super sweet and got my son a better mattress and a better price! They delivered it the following day.

Wow is all I can say about Cody, Bree, Dalton and AJ from Mattress Warehouse in Scottsdale. If your looking for a new mattress, Mattress Warehouse is your must 1st stop. Cody and Bree are awesome. The helped my son choose his perfect TemperPedic mattress, gave us a fantastic price and Dalton and AJ delivered it the very next day. No one and mean no one could deliver the next day. Mattress Warehouse provided an experience that far exceeded our expectations and service that was out of this world. If I sound happy it's and understatement. These guys are awesome.

Cody has been absolutely fantastic. From answering basic questions to NOT being your typical pushy mattress salesman, my experience has been great so far. We were able to work with my schedule, and he gave me honest feedback about some of the mattresses he offers. No pressure to buy, no BS. This is the way everyone should do business.

Customer Service doesn't get better than this!!! Called to get a box springs and Dalton was able to get it to us the same day because there was already a delivery heading out my way. The price was AMAZING!!! They have a customer for life with me for sure!!!! Dalton was so easy to work with, he was so nice, and went out of his way to make sure we got what we need.

Cody is my dude! He got me hooked up with a tempur pedic at a massive discount from what they are normally sold at. I was going away on vacation when they were preparing to ship my order and he made sure that it got delivered only after I was back home. Hi, I had gone to a local mattress company shopping for a tempurpedic. Originally wanted a split king but the cost of almost 10k seemed a lot for a mattress. While on Craigslist, I found an add for mattress warehouse but was reluctant to try it as it was across the country. I did text and got an immediate response from Cody. He did not have what I wanted but did offer an upgrade from what I wanted. I expected a ridiculous price but instead was told that the split king was what I should purchase and if he could get me a good price would I purchase. Well he got me an incredible price about 60% less

Very prompt and helpful. I was little hesitant as there is no presence of Websites for the business. Received items on time. Delivery was also within specified timeline and additional help provided for handling mattress.

Man what an amazing buying experience. Cody was awesome. After being a little hesitant at first from making a purchase online, Cody made me feel reassured not to be. He was there to answer any questions or doubts I may have had from start to finish. The first tempurpedic mattress arrived banged up from the shipping company but Cody made it right. I have been dealing with Cody , he did more then i would ever expect .
He went above and beyond to make sure we got mattress delivered on to our new apartment on specific date .

I wrote my first review in February after I had purchased a new mattress from Mattress Warehouse. That was right before Covid.

Subsequent to Covid they had problems getting mattresses delivered from their supply house in California so we were waiting and waiting and finally about June I contacted Cody, the owner, and asked what was going to happen?

To make a long story short, Cody gave me a higher grade mattress than the one I purchased but after 3 months of use I definitely was not adjusting to it so back to Cody I went.

We bought our mattress here last year and the service was amazing! They found us the tempurpedic mattress we wanted at half price. It got delayed a few weeks with shipping issues, but the staff was very communicative and even set us up with a temporary mattress while we waited for ours to come.
