Growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada, the law was always a part of my life. My father spent 6 years as a State Assemblyman in the Nevada legislature before attending law school in San Diego, California. I spent some of my high school years and college summers working at his Criminal Defense law firm. I earned a college degree at Loyola University in New Orleans in only 3.5 years with a dual major in Psychology and Social Work.
Haley Janssen, a graduate of The University of South Alabama, is the Office Manager for the Hernandez and Associates Law Firm. She has worked for the firm since 2010. She started out as a runner, then she became a legal assistant, then she became a paralegal and is now the Office Manager. She is charged with overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm, overseeing staff, and accounts payable and receivable.

I live in Decatur, AL which is at the whole other end of the state from where their firm is located, but I googled and researched the best lawyer in the state of Alabama that handled cases involving bullying within the school systems and also cyber bullying. By far the worse experience ever with an attorney! I had got my son to hire her for his custody case she Never return his phone calls or emails the few that she did was charged at $60 each way. He paid her a total of $3700 and she dropped him a couple months before court stating that I was rude and that cost was getting to be to much when she never even discussed the cost going up! Needless to say she did NOTHING for him and dropped him before court. The bar assn. and bbb will also be notified

By far the WORST experience I've ever had in dealing with a lawyer! I've never met a more pretentious, rude woman in my life. Her staff is just AS RUDE, if not more. They care nothing for the clients that hire them & ONLY care about money. I was basically tricked into hiring this firm, thinking I was strictly dealing with her associate. When in fact, I was being charged 300$ per hour for Ms. Hernandez, who cared NOTHING about me, or my case. Once my retainer was used up, She withdrew from my case 2 months before court & then blamed it on My "being rude" to her staff....When I only called her staff
