Both myself and my mother have been seeing Dr. Andrews for years now, and are always satisfied with the exceptional work he does. He always takes his time and make sure everything is as close to perfect as possible. He is kind, attentive, and caring, and will always be willing to work with you in terms of scheduling, emergencies, and specific concerns. At the beginning of march last year I had a temporary crown break and he and his dental hygienist dropped everything to repair it for me as soon as they could!! Dr. Mark Andrews is the absolute best dentist ever! I have had other dentists over the years, but none compare to Dr.Andrews - I will never go to anyone else. I used to fear going to the dentist. He is the greatest for cosmetic dentistry. He takes great pride in his work and is patient, understanding, highly skilled, and a perfectionist!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Andrews and his team! Great customer service, super friendly, and always make you feel welcome. I recently was referred to Dr. Andrews after I had a not so good experience at my previous dentist. At the front desk, Karen took her time explaining co-pays, etc to make sure I understood what I would be paying up front so I would not surprised when it came time for payment later. After my last 3 visits, I would have to say I think Dr. Andrews is very knowledgeable and a GREAT dentist. He really takes his time to explain everything to you which shows he cares

I fully agree with @Lara B.'s experience below, unfortunately, didn't read the reviews before going there. I'm quite frustrated by my experience and want to make sure others don't fall for it.
My wife had taken my 11-year-old son to this dentist. We faced multiple issues ...
First and foremost - Misleading. When my wife asked the front desk about the network coverage for our insurance, she didn't give the clear answer that led her to believe that the doctor is in the network ( they are not in network with Metlife insurance).
Incomplete Estimates - On paper, the copay
My wife had taken my 11-year-old son to this dentist. We faced multiple issues ...

Dr. Andrew's office charges well over insurance maximums for cavity fillings so expect to pay a lot out of pocket here. As a new patient I had to provide a backup form of payment for my health savings account so I also gave my credit card. With my good dental insurance coverage I didn't expect much to be charged to my card. I should have read the fine print! If you go, be sure to ask for estimates in advance--even for cavities.

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrews now for almost 17 years!! He and his staff are very professional, as well as, very friendly. I actually enjoy going to the dentist!! He's had to replace several of my caps/crowns (along with other procedures) and has done (and always does) a wonderful job. I can't even count the many compliments I've gotten on his work! I highly recommend him!!!!

in 1991. Unfortunately, I've needed much work over the years....but Dr Andrews and his warm staff have made my many visits as pleasant as possible. He is very passionate about his profession and has an eye for detail, and always takes the time to explain all the options available. He has guided me through many decisions in regards to my oral health, and now looking back, I am very thankful for his services...as my smile is still looking great.

By far, Dr. Andrews has been the most phenomenal dentist I have ever had. After many years of horrible experiences, I finally found a dentist that is caring, kind, and meticulous! He takes great pride in his skill and will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect (even if that means he's late getting home). I have been a patient of Dr. Andrews for about a month or so now along with my twin sister, mother, and father. During my initial appointment here I received my annual teeth cleaning. Dr. Andrews, his staff, and his wife were all very warm and welcoming as I was a brand new patient. They each made sure that my visit encompassed a catering to all of my wants and needs.
